Professional and friendly
Paul is friendly, helpful and he has a great sense of humour. He responded quickly to our emails and questions. He managed to get us a mortgage under difficult circumstances, as my husband and myself are currently living overseas. He is very professional and gave us excellent advice that enabled us to get the house of our dreams. He has excellent local knowledge of Dunedin and the property market. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Paul and Mike Pero Mortgages.
