Won’t sit in my house so easily without Ivys help
not every broker work as hard as Ivy and she was very patient and detail oriented all the time! she picked up phone on weekend and emailed me back in the middle of the night and get back to me as soon as she could. For first home buyers like me we really need help like this and I appreciate it so much. I did contact different broker but she was the most diligent one. Won’t sit in my first house so quick without her help. Totally five stars for her work attitude! Four stars as there was some misunderstanding but gladly we worked it out together and no concerns left.

Ivy was very helpful and committed throughout our home loan application process. She was working over time to make sure we secured a loan even though we were people who would not traditionally have been attractive to banks due to me being self-employed for less than 2 yrs. We feel very blessed to have been aided by Ivy during that stressful and exciting time that buying a new house is.

Professional, Trustworthy, Excellent
Ivy Liang is such a loverly person to work with. She is professional, trustworthy and she knows what she is doing. She takes the client's interests as her first priority and she always offers the recommendations that suit us. She works well with banks and lenders and she got one of my loan offers within 2 days. Ivy's services are excellent and I highly recommend her. She made my loan application less stressful. If you need a loan, go talk to Ivy and she will strive to get what you want.

A very competent broker. Highly recommend
Ivy has a pool of knowledge, adaptable and very efficient. Her communication is second to none. Always kept us updated and answer phone calls and emails promptly. Her judgement is very accurate, gave up a heap of confidence.
She’s also upfront with any foreseeable issues, so no surprises.
All the documents and requirement was sent on day one. Her organisational skills is incredible.
