John is a lovely person to deal with. he is patient and always has time to explain things. He communicates well and kept us on track.

John made an appointment to see us within 48 hours - so much better than a banks wait time. He emailed all the items he required of us to have ready for the appointment so when he arrived we were able to sort out paperwork without fuss. He was in contact with us regarding the process - absolutely great to work with!

Honest down to earth person to deal with, no fluff and got the job done! Maybe a few more updates along the way would have been helpful otherwise great!

We recently settled into our first home, all thanks to Jay for making our dream of owning a house in Auckland come true. Jay was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the very beginning of this process. He took time to understand our unique financial situation and guided us toward finding a house that fit all our needs as well as helped us find a mortgage that was both affordable and tailored to our needs.

Throughout the process, Jay kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had. He even helped us find a wonderful lawyer, guided us to get the best plan for our Kiwisaver accounts moving forward, and also helped us find an amazing realtor who worked hard to get the best price for us on the market.

Most importantly, Jay was able to secure us an excellent mortgage rate that has saved us thousands of dollars over the term of our loan. He really went above and beyond to help us achieve our financial goals, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our partnership.

John is a fantastic broker. John understood what we needed and organised an excellent loan offer for a section of land. John then secured a loan offer to cover the building of our first house. He was able to find solutions to the very challenging problems we faced when interest rates and build costs started to rise. He was very responsive to emails and calls throughout our house-build financing journey.

Jay was amazing as our mortgage advisor. From the get go he was genuinely invested in helping us achieve our dream of getting our first home. Being new to the home buying process we really appreciated his constant communication and updates, insider knowledge on how things work as well as his honest advice on our financial situation and what we should focus on in order to meet the banks requirements for a home loan.

After years of trying to become homeowners in such a crazy market it’s hard to believe how quick and easy it was to make that a reality once we started working with Jay - which is a testament to his hard work, expertise in his field and most importantly his genuine care and dedication to helping people achieve their goals (despite seeming so unrealistic!)

What a great experience with John - from start to finish. John is an expert at what he does, and this includes an ability to explain everything in layman's terms. John was quick and super-efficient in asking for the required documents and processing them - this was all seamless, plus he could always be relied upon to be very responsive to e-mails and calls. It took some time to get to the end of the process for various reasons, but John could not have been more patient throughout, offering guidance and advice along the way. I could not have asked for a better mortgage broker.
