Jody was really personable and great to talk to, all of our dealings were over the phone as I was out of town. It was a tricky time to be sorting mortgages with bank's being slower and extremely busy. I felt like I had to keep chase for updates which is why 4 not 5 stars. Other than that I was happy with service provided

We found Paula very accommodating and professional sorting out best options for our mortgage. She was very helpful about possible locations and managed to get the paperwork done during the Xmas rush as we purchased our new home 2 weeks prior to Xmas.

I required a pre approved mortgage at…
I required a pre approved mortgage at very short notice and thought I would try a mortgage broker instead of using banks directly.I found Jody's approach very professional and I felt very comfortable and trusting in the service she provide.The turnaround time to get finance over the line was amazing considering how busy banks are today.She exceeded my expectations and will definitely use her services again.
