I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
After our first phone call with Mani i felt very confident that he was able to help us in our unique situation. I wasnt sure what the outcome would be as first time home buyers but i knew that Mani was going to do what he said, to do his best to see us get a home loan. He was genuine in what he said and it was easy to feel that coming from him.
He was always positive but truthful, there was no giving us false hope, he had great communication, you just need to look at the emails that were flying into out inbox. He kept us up with the play every step of the way.
Over the 3 weeks that we dealt with Mani he was always professional yet very personable.
On the day that he rang to let us know that we had got the home loan i was a little bit frazzled as we had only a few hours left to secure the finance before the house deal fell over. It was a pretty awesome moment while he was on the phone to us that he had sent thru the email from the lender letting us know the loan was approved. He was able to share in that experience with us as we found out we were going to have one of our biggest dreams come true. I would and will certainly recommend Mani to my family, friends, people on the street lol to him if they were searching for what we found.

Mani was absolutely amazing to work with! He explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which made the whole process of buying a house far less overwhelming. He always answers his phone or gets back to you quickly, and was incredibly patient with my endless questions, always explaining things in a calm, cheerful manner.

When I felt stressed or unsure, Mani was right there with the information, guidance, and support I needed. I truly felt like he had my back every step of the way. I’ve already recommended him to others and will continue to do so, he’s the best!

I came into contact with Mani when I had pretty much sold my home (went on unconditional) and my husband had just lost his job so our pre-approval with our bank could no longer be used. I was so stressed out that I didn't get a wink of sleep - were we about to be homeless now?

Mani had been there throughout our journey from selling and buying. He was able to crunch some numbers and fight for us for the banks to lend us a mortgage on my one income. I was able to contact him whenever I had questions, whether it was silly or important at any time of the day. Working with him made all the anxiety that melt away because he always had a solution and was straight up when he knew if something couldn't work but found a different way to get close to our goals.

They explained everything in a way that made sense and it was a lot of laughter on top of serious work. We walked away from it feeling great that we trusted them.

I've used Mani for several finance touch ups and insurances. As usual this experience was seamless, efficient, no running back and forward with extra evidence as normal banks do. Because of this there were no hidden surprises, with clear lines while going through the phases of initial loan application through to settlement of a new home.
