Being first homebuyers, purchasing our first home was an absolute foreign concept for my partner and I. We initially worked with a broker in Squirrel not really knowing what brokers do. After too many stressed emails back and forth and little response, a co-worker recommended the amazing Nigel.

Right off the bat, Nigel did a full reset with us and got the ball rolling immediately, he emailed us, messaged us and followed up phone calls without any delay, always letting us know the next steps and everything we needed to do and everything he was going to do.
