Great staff Norm Newport is very good at his job. Explains everything very patiently and gives good advice on every interaction with his clients. We have been impressed with his team and everything gets processed acurately and efficiently.

I was kept informed during the whole process of refinancing, I was provided excellent advice and was in constant communication with my broker. I was told I could contact him anytime, even outside normal business hours, although I didn't, it was great to know I had someone fully committed to helping me with the process of refinancing my mortgage and who was prepared to help me at all hours.

Excellent knowledge base and commercial understanding

Norm had provided us great service in getting us a pre approval and rolling over pre-approvals while we are still looking for a home. Can meet over Zoom which is convent and has always answers the phone. Provides written advice documents backing up what he says. Provides a honest service and establishes long term relationship for when it is time to re fix your loans. Much more comprehensive advice then ANY bank can provide you as he can compare many banks rate and structures for you. Highly recommended him for his honest service and genuine personality 🙂
