My experience with my Mortgage broker Supreet Mahey has been a hassle free experience from the start. From going to my bank of 12 years and and expressing my intrest in an investment property, they basically said we didn't meet the Criteria. We had been recommend to give Supreet a call from a Mike Pero Real Estate Agent. After meeting up with Supreet in a local Cafe in Rolleston, giving him all the information he needed to process our application to borrow $750K from our bank. Within 10mins we had been approved. Supreet has been great with his communication. Form September 2024 to May 2025 we now have a brand new build freehold property in a new subdivision in fastest growing region in Selwyn District, Rolleston, with $7500 cash back of 1% from our bank. So yes I highly recommend Supreet Mahey.

Supreet made sure he was available to answer any questions we had and fix up anything that we decided to change in terms of conditions with the loan.
