Our circumstances were challenging but Kirsty guided us through other methods and avenues we weren't aware of and helped us to achieve our goal! Kirsty Clark is my mortgage broker and OMG she got things rolling within 2 weeks. I truly thought i wouldnt be able to get a mortgage through my own bank (i got declined when i contacted them myself) also, i had another mortgage broker with another company, i had her for over a year and we got nowhere. She made it impossible to get a mortgage by putting all these barriers in place.So i was a bit hesitant to see another broker but when i met Kirsty she had amazing vibes and made me feel really welcome. And she worked her magic and within a month or 2 i went unconditional, secured a mortgage with my own bank and everything just fell into place.
