Dane made the mortgage process really easy for me
Dane made the mortgage process really easy for me, which wouldn't have been easy as I had quite a few things against me in being able to get a mortgage. Even my solicitor was impressed and ask for his name (although Rotorua solicitor). He gave me confidence that Mike Pero are supportive long term and it's a partnership rather than a one off service.

First time using a mortgage broker
Have never used a mortgage broker before but I wish I had! Ryan made getting a mortgage so much easier than I have found in the past. Within a few days of first contact with had a video meeting outside of normal business hours which was a lot more convenient for us. Got a great deal that we are very happy with.
