We were recommended James when first starting out looking for a new property, and now we're more than happy to recommend James and his team to others. The use of technology made the process super easy. James and Dean negotiated great terms with the bank on two occasions for us over a 4 month period. James' expertise and knowledge meant we didn't have to sell our existing property but could keep it as an investment property!
