I was a little unsure as James's…
I was a little unsure as James's approach had been different to what we had experienced with other Mortgage Brokers in the past, but in the end, we realised it was best not to lock in rates until everything else had fallen into place. Allowed us to get the best rate at the time.
James and Dean were with us every step of the way, following up and checking info to keep the process moving along.
