Wayne was nothing but helpful from start to finish when we first approached him about pre approval, all the way over a 18 month period until we finally purchased our first home. Who knew buying a house was this easy
Wayne helped us from beginning to end. We had no idea what we were doing and he helped make the process ridiculously easy. Super great to communicate with (and I sent a looooot of emails asking 20 questions every time) and kept on top of everything. It would've been a hell of a lot more stressful without him thats for sure. Thanks so much Wayne !
