My experience was made great by the fact that Khouanchai is very relational. From the time I met her she made me feel comfortable and built trust throughout the process.
Khouanchai never made me feel judged due to past financial challenges. She had a can-do attitude and when I doubted my chance Khouanchai remained positive.

We've now worked with Khouanchai Adams twice. Once to re-fix and shift banks on our existing property, and again for pre-approval on a new purchase. Both times, she was absolutely brilliant.
