Be aware that you’re paying for style, not quality. The designs look great online, but in reality the materials feel cheap and poorly made. One of the T-shirts I received even arrived with an ink stain. Normally I’d return it, but after reading other reviews about their customer service—and knowing I’d lose more money on customs and return fees—I decided not to bother. It’s disappointing, because the style is appealing, but the brand seems to rely heavily on good photo editing to sell a dream that doesn’t match the actual product.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and have spent more than $8,000 on this brand’s clothing. Because I’m in the U.S., I also pay duty fees, which makes these already expensive pieces cost even more. Their shipments come through DHL, and my most recent order went missing for weeks. When I contacted customer service, the support was unhelpful—I was repeatedly told to “check my junk mail,” even though DHL later admitted they had never sent me an email with the payment link for the duty fees. Only after that admission did I finally receive my items.
I’ve never returned clothing before, but this time the jumpsuit I purchased didn’t fit properly. When I tried to return it, the website wouldn’t allow me to, even though they advertise refunds and exchanges. To make things worse, the jumpsuit had two tags, and while trying it on one got tangled in my hair and ripped off—I removed it carefully to avoid damaging the fabric.
After sending more than ten emails, my request for a refund was denied because of their policy starting from the purchase date. This makes no sense, since international shipping alone takes 3–4 weeks before customers even receive their order. Despite my history of multiple purchases and referrals, I was met with refusal after refusal.
Customer service is everything. A brand should value and listen to its loyal customers, not dismiss them. Sadly, after this experience, I will never order again. The clothes are far too expensive to justify the constant headaches, especially when many local brands offer better quality and far better customer service.

I am a client for a while and with no complains untill yesterday that inordered something for the wrong adress and when i noticed i contacted mikuta whatsup and email and no answer untill not. The shipment is still in germany and i cannot redirect DHl to poland because MIKUTA does not notify DHL. The wrong adress ins a hotel on spain and i am not there

Although previously ordering and receiving items which I love I have had an awful experience for the second time. Item was stuck at customs and customer service was slow and not very personal, felt like it was a standard reply each time and not helpful. When I eventually did recieve the item and needed to exchange for a smaller size they would not offer a free return for my inconvenience. I am returning the item at my own cost and have decided not to exchange size as I don’t want to give my custom to a company who can’t seem to do the right thing.

Having read so many negative reviews, I initially decided against ordering, however, not finding a cardigan similar elsewhere, I took the plunge and ordered, with the certainty that I would regret it. I can honestly say that my experience was fantastic. Cardigan delivered in 3 working days (UK) and was super quality and beautiful. Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews, I will definitely be ordering again from Mikuta.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality Products and No Customer Support
I placed an order with Mituka for a necklace, bag, and dress. Unfortunately, the bag (which cost nearly £200) was of very poor quality and appeared cheaply made. The dress was also unsuitable. I attempted to return both items, but the return portal has been down, and despite numerous attempts to contact Mituka via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, I have received no response.
In the meantime, I placed a second order after being assured by Mituka that they would cover all import duties. That shipment is now stuck in customs with an additional charge of over £90, and again, my attempts to get any response or support from the company have been ignored.
To date, I am out nearly £600 with no resolution. I have repeatedly asked for complaints contact details, but my emails continue to go unanswered. This lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to order from this company.

I've been waiting for an order that it stuck at customs due to a charge for duty/tax. MIkuta say on their website there will be no extra duty/tax payments to make in addition to the item prices. However I've been sent a message to make a payment.
I've contact MIkuta to ask them to arrange the payment of the fee as per their website however no one has responded to WhatsApp or email. Customer service is awful and now I almost of pocket with no dress

I bought a dress on sale from their website because I was unsure about the sizing and quality. I ended up liking it, so I decided to order the same dress in my preferred color. Same style, same size—just a different color. But guess what? The second dress is at least 10 cm wider and doesn’t fit. It’s seriously a full size bigger!
Mikuta agreed to accept the return, but they won’t cover the shipping costs because “the size is as ordered.” Technically, it is not—the size might be labeled the same, but the actual measurements are clearly off.
Very disappointed. Poor quality control and bad service. You can’t trust the sizing even within the same product!

I ordered a shirt dress I could probably wear all the time, dress up or down. After washing, I did have some color issues and addressed it with customer service. Laura from Mikuta promptly responded to look into the issue and offered me solutions and a replacement. I am so happy with the customer service they provided as I love the dress and they replaced it with expedited shipping.
I really appreciate a company who has customer service where it is now a rarity to find.

Also having an issue receiving my refund - sent back items in two lots as I thought I might keep a dress but decided against it as felt it was too short in the end and I wouldn’t in reality feel comfortable wearing. But the second refund hasn’t come through after a month and no communication / difficult to get ahold of them. V expensive dress - but now I don’t have the dress or the money…

I've ordered twice from this brand. One dress I LOVED. Had no problems with the returns of the other items, customer service was great. I was very disappointed however on the dress I kept, I followed the wash instructions exactly (cold gentle cycle, line dry) and it shrunk honestly four sizes. Unwearable and completely ruined. Sad for a 290 euro dress.

On the face of they look like a high end trendy top quality retailer but they're far from that. Bought a £100 dress for my wife and had to return due to poor quality and fit. Still waiting for a refund 2 weeks on! And it's cost £10 to return !!!
