I should've Google this company before I ordered! It took of a month to get the wrong dress NOT THE ONE THEY ADVERTISED. IT'S CHEAP ASS MATERIALS LOOKS LIKE IT CAME FROM THE BEAUTY SUPPLY HOUSE!DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I ordered 2 maxi dresses only one correct dress came the second dress was sent but it wasn’t what I ordered. There’s no information on how I can reach them. Bad business.

Horrible retailing. Don't trust them. Paid for expedited shipping and still haven't received my item after a month. They have no proof that the item was shipped out, won't return my money, and are not helpful in any way with finding answers. Wish I could have rated 0 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered the side zipper shapewear and it was not the same item they advertised it was not shapewear more like a swim suit. And i ordered 1 and a couple days later I got a email about an order I did not make my card was charged again and a second one purchased. I emailed them to cancel that 2nd order no response until a few days later saying my order shipped I have contacted them multiple times to return the purchases. I was offered $5 to not return them and told that If I still wanted to return them I would be paying a considerable amount to ship it back overseas. So I can't even return to the address it was sent from. Please dont order from them

I’m sooooooooo disappointed the body shaper i saw and I ordered is not what I got.. there is no leg to the item and the fit sucks.. I waited over a month and a half to get the item and I’m not impressed.. never again.

I ordered 3 outfits and I am very upset!!!! The outfits are cheaply made and is nothing like the pictures

Dispute your charges and get your money back!!! I did, and got all my money back.
Don't settle for their scamming ways!!!!
And look out for the name changes of their website.
They continue to change the name because they are FRAUD!!!!

It take over a month and I still not received my order. it said UPS was at the U.S. but it still has not got here. What is going on???

Stay AWAY!!! The product looks nothing like the picture!!! Waste of money and it comes from CHINA!!! MAKES NO SENSE TO RETURN BECAUSE THE SHIPPING WILL BE MORE THAN THE PRODUCT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Do not never order from here my same order been sitting in the same transit for the past 7 days! Order from website you can speak with someone. This is ridiculous! I wanted that outfit! Bs! I order 2 weeks ago never received! They are full of it! Don’t waste your time or money!

I ordered three outfits in a 2x. Every last one of the items ordered look like a small to medium. When I contacted them to return. They informed I would have to send to China and it would be very expensive. However, they’d be willing to give me $10 bucks not to send back. I will be contacting the BBB! They’re intentionally sending incorrect sizes, stay away from this site!

I wish I didn't have to give the site any stars cause that didn't give me my merch. Okay so listen I ordered my merch literally on January 11th and its now March yup March the 12th and I haven't received absolutely nothing. Like really. I sent multiple emails and they keep sending me the same email multiple times and this one time they said my merch was someone and the tracking number has been for a month in the same area, like come on with the mess guys.Please what ever you do don't buy nothing from this site its a scam .

I would NOT order from this site again. My outfit did not look in person as it did on the website. When it arrived, it almost seemed used...no tags were on it and the return address seemed like it belonged to an individual who used their home address for business. This site is based out of Japan or China and to try to make a return will cost more than the item you are purchasing.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I ordered a dress in early January so that I could wear it for Valentine's Day. Today is March 11, 2021 and STILL no dress. The company keeps saying that they can't issue a refund. I call BS!

I placed my order 12/1/2020. After multiple emails stating the shipment was coming, I got my order end of February 3 days after I disputed the charge. And the clothes cheap and looked nothing like the photos on the site. Waste of money.

I FEEL VERY LUCKY GOT MY PENNY BACK AFTER STRUGGLE Quality is cheap, sizing is all off and despite they say they accept returns, they do not. This morning I wrote my 11th email with them. I ordered a Large and got a 2x. Another item was poorly made - the cuffs and hem on the shirt were just cut with a scissor, no finishing. I ordered a gray shirt and the shirt I got was purple. TRYING TO FIND AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM. NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM I went online on the INTERNET and I did my better research about this company and able to get their customer HELP INFO ᴇɪɢʜᴛ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒𝟤𝑜𝓃𝑒 seven two four five the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF COMPANY WHICH SELL POOR CLOTHING THEY LOOK NICE ON THE INTERNET ONLY NOT IN REALITY Lesson Learned!! I was highly disappointed with the Penelope Puff Camo jacket that was advertised, when I received it, the item looked NOTHING like what they advertised. It looked as if they found the cheapest knockoff camo print available and passed it off. Then I was told to get a refund I have to ship item to the warehouse in China at my expense, they offered me $5 compensation.
