Lots of hidden fees, and they always look for excuses not to return the deposit. Also, most of the houses are old and renovated with low budgets. They are quite good at making the houses look good, but once you get to live there, you realize how bad they are. And lastly most of the flatmates are Italian people that are stupid enough to get scammed in their own country.

The only reason you don't see many negative reviews is that they threaten customers so they don't post negative reviews.

Milanostanze.it and its mother agency finlibera.it are the worst rental services ever. They charge a huge amount of hidden fees and try at all costs to take the money out of your pocket and take advantage of you. The only reason why there are so few reviews is that they contractually threaten you with legal consequences if you make a public statement. So please don't make the same mistake to sign a contract with them.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
They did not refund my money during the COVID-19 outbreak even though I was unable to fly to Milano, Italy.
They are greedy and unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and look for any other agency but them.
