Bought 2 straps, package got lost by DHL and Antonio from Milano Straps refuses to answer any emails or even try to contact DHL to recover the missing package. 2 months in, over $200 out with no straps and no follow up. Baffled.

Update: My review is exactly what happened. You did finally reply after 5 unanswered emails, close to 2 months after the purchase and did issue the refund. But only after this review was left. Your response makes me out to be untruthful, which was not the case.

I have been wearing Milano Straps for 9 years and I honestly cannot go back to anything else. I have owned many watches and I usually change straps often, but every single strap I bought from them is still in my rotation today.

The leather quality is on another level. None of my straps ever cracked, split, or failed, even after years of daily wear. What surprised me most is how they age. Instead of looking worn out, they develop a beautiful natural patina and actually look better with time. After nearly a decade the leather still feels soft, comfortable, and premium on the wrist.

Shipping is also consistently fast. I usually receive my order in about 3 to 5 days and everything arrives perfectly packaged. You can tell real care goes into the product.

I have tried other brands over the years and many claim to be premium, but this is genuinely one of the highest quality leather straps available on the market. If you want your watch to feel special every time you wear it, this is the strap I always recommend.

Great leather watch straps! I have bought 2 so far and find them to be very well designed and high quality leather! They are a little pricey but I think worth it for how well made they are. Love how I can change the look of my watches by switching out the straps and these look great!

The strap quality is very good but they did some large holes in the strap between watch lugs to allow the pin come through (difficult to describe without picture).On one side it is a bit too large and deformed, it is visible when you look the watch.

I got the Milanese Apple Watch band. This was my third one ( 2 from other vendors). It is quite nice but it doesn’t exactly match my Starlight watch. This was a bit disappointing as I had specifically asked if it did and was assured it did. The quality is excellent, however.

The strap is too short, the pins are too short, the buckle separated the first time I put it on. It is a total POS and waste of money!

I've bought some watch straps from Milano Straps before, and they've always been of superb quality, but this time I'm very disappointed, as the strap doesn't look at all like the presentation photos on the retailer's website.
I was expecting a more aged effect with a patina, and this is not the case. What's more, on the bracelet there are grease stains at the seams, which is not at all aesthetic. I'm not at all satisfied. I think that at this price, you'd expect a high-quality product, but it's not even close. I've contacted the after-sales service twice but got no answer.
This is an update, I add two stars more for the awesome support service with Milano Straps.

18mm Cognac ostrich, currently attached to a 1952 gold shell Seamaster with a tan/silver dial and gold hands. The strap thickness is just right, perfect in fact, for a vintage watch. The strap and watch together are cool and sophisticated, but not shouty. Shiny, but not blingy. As always the purchase experience was outstanding.

I bought two 20mm straps to replace some old straps on a couple watches that I own. The ordering process was seamless, and the shipping was fast. They looked great online but even better in person! The leather looks and feels amazing, and the stitching gives me confidence that these straps will last a long time with the proper care. I will be buying from Milano Straps again next time I need a new strap or want to gift some.
