Don't buy

Don't buy, scam company. Now closed their website and ignoring all emails, despite spending £90 with them. Reviews at the time of order were good.

Items never arrived

I saw the Facebook advert and read the reviews on the website which at the time were good. I ordered some items in July as a birthday gift in good faith. The tracking for them showed them as being delivered to a store about 10 miles from my home on 25/7 but no details of it. I contacted M&R to see if they could give me further information on its location. They responded that the goods had been delivered. It was at this point that I started to see all the negative reviews and realised that the company was not genuine. We put in a claim with our credit card company and got a refund for
the goods. Now several weeks later ( 4/10) M&R are disputing the claim and have sent documents to support this claim- a Google map showing where I live as proof of location the items were sent to, and a tracking record showing the town in which the store is, but no name of it. They also state that the parcel was delivered to the recipient ( but no photo or signature ). In addition they say I haven’t followed procedure for a return - I can’t as I never received the goods. I’ll be taking this further. I now notice that the shop website has been closed down too.

I too believed the story

I too believed the story and bought 3 items, one pair of earrings arrived damaged and sending them a contact us request I did get a quick reply and they offered a replacement. i thought all was going well but 5 week slater the replacement item has not turned up, I've sent numerous chasing emails with absolutely no response, so disappointing and a terrible way to run a business. i thought I was buying from a UK company. The website is very misleading. unlike some others, i actually like the products I've bought. It's the customer service which is so terrible.

Not a Good Experience

If I could choose no stars I would. Ordered a ring following the sizing guide online, ring arrived nearly 4 weeks after ordering from China. So much for the story of a single Mum making jewellery!!!

The ring is far too big, I have contacted them several times with no response

Avoid at all costs

An absolute con. Took nearly 4 weeks for the order to arrive from China. Website says handcrafted, but highly doubt this. Advertising with Royal Mail for delivery which is not true. Contacted for a refund and unsurprisingly no response. A very expensive mistake. Do not use, avoid, avoid avoid!!!

DO NOT GET SUCKED IN

DO NOT GET SUCKED IN - FAKE ADVERTISING
like so many others I’ve been sucked into this “genuine” story of mum and daughter having to close the business down. Wish I’d read reviews first.
I actually received the 2 rings unlike some but one was faulty and both were the cheapest looking rings I’ve ever seen.
Tried to request return - refused but offered replacement - why would I want to replace bad quality for the same bad quality?
Requested alternative and tried to choose something that might be a little better so at least I could have something fit my money but no reply despite several emails.
No return address, not the company it appears to be - don’t get sucked in

SCAM

Upper tat - Scam company not based in UK, all of the 5 star reviews seem to have been written by the same person using common British first names only- no one talks like that…. ‘Oh i felt so sparkly and elegant at the dinner party in my new crystal drop earrings’ …..laughable.

Advertising via FB as a family company…

Advertising via FB as a family company offering huge discounts as they are having to close. Add to the mix a photo of a mother who you assume is the owner, with a small Girl. You’ve got yourself one sob story that’s not hard to believe given the fact so many genuine small businesses are closing. You also believe they are in the UK. They are not and the order a small ring, took weeks to arrive. Is nothing but flimsy tat from China. Once bitten never again.

Fell for the sob story

Feel totally scammed by the website, fell for it hook line and sinker.
Definitely not a boutique business run by a single mum for her daughter. Website suggests its a local shop and funnily enough doesn't say that their international warehouse is based in China. The quality is terrible one of the necklaces is the wrong one, the other is so small it's more of a choker, or designed for a child. I have reported to advertising standards.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID - OPEN SECTION 75 refund with card provider to get your money back

SCAM COMPANY AVOID NEVER BEEN SENT SUCH POOR Quality ITEMS AND ONE IS MISSING. Their website is totally misleading. Only found out it was Hong Kong based when it showed up on my bank statement thankfully I always pay by credit card so opened a section 75 refund to get my money back.

Sent email for a refund request no reply and one item remains outstanding.

Trading standards will be also informed owing to their fraudulent use of ‘trust pilot’ logo, copyright infringement and fake reviews that are false and made up!!!

Fake company SCAM!

Fake company sucking people into their tale of mum closing business down, Mika, to look after her daughter, Rose. Photos are fake. Business registered in Hong Kong.
Bought 3 items, 1 was good actually but the other too were so cheap. Can't get a refund due to items being 'on sale' everything is on sale. They gave me a code which doesn't work and now website says it can't accept payments, even when I have nothing to pay!!!?!!
Still trying to get something back from them! It's now August!
