Doing things online won't work but if you call, a rep will help you patiently. The savings are worth any glitches seeing as I only drive about 1000 miles a year.

What a wonderful experience with Klyde at Mile Auto! I have two vehicles with miles auto right now and both of them are above 200k in mileage. Why is that important. I switched progressive that was charging me an arm and a leg and honestly one of these cars goes down as it is kind of like a family heirloom.
I’m grateful to Mile Auto for providing with one courtesy month to try my best and get the truck started again. It helps me also have a deadline to fix it.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to have a company that is understanding and charges based off how far you go rather than an annual fee or monthly fee.
And I haven’t used them for accidents yet. Knock on wood and praying we don’t have that happen with these cars. If it does I will send a new email with feedback on that experience.

Klyde was very professional and friendly. I was getting some errors while submitting monthly mileage. He assured me not to worry and he corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes. It is certainly great to see such high level Customer service and Klyde should be the lead example for everyone else at Mile Auto to follow.

The person who made this experience so memorable is Tiffany Shockley. She was patient, championing our needs without in the least being difficult; she explained complicated issues to make them easy to understand. She is such a credit to the Mile Auto organization. Tiffany is a go-getter with the perfect customer service orientation and attitude. One of the best I have ever encountered. I cannot speak highly enough of how Tiffany advocated, explained, and worked to make the difficult process of an accident more comfortable. I have no qualms about recommending Mile Auto based on dealing with Tiffany Shockley.

Now mile auto is charging arm and leg and very expensive for my ocasion drive on the weekends tesla. It's charging triple around 300$/a month. My car payment including gap insurance around $ 500.00/ a month. Insurance cost is almost the same as purchasing another new vehicle. Secondly used tesla value i bought isn't a Ferrari it's only $ 20,000. Thirdly I don't have tickets or accidents. Lastly I'm not an 16 to 25 age bracket I'm already over the hill with 65 years of driving experiences. I have asked them if the premium change by raising high deductible from 500 to 2000 or moving to out of city and they said " not significant change." Conclusion it's too high i may ditch the tesla.

I forgot to update my bank information when I switched banks so payment didn't happen. I didn't find oit because I hadn't checked my emails due to working so much OT at work. Then my old bank called to tell me that they received the payment request. I called and the gentleman on the phone was amazing in helping me get my account straitened out.
