I initially signed up with a supposedly higher rated transport company to transport our antique vehicle. They indicated it could be picked up in approximately three days. After a couple days, I received a call that they have a driver available however the price would be 20% higher than the quoted price. I said I was in no rush and could wait for our vehicle to be moved at the agreed upon price. A few days went by and they had another driver but the price was now 50% higher. Seems like a real bait and switch strategy. Not feeling good about where this was going I cancelled our contract.
I submitted a request for quote from Mile Auto Transport and received a call from Alex a few minutes later to discuss our move. A couple days later our vehicle was picked up and delivered earlier than anticipated even under miserable weather conditions; and for the agreed upon price!
I would highly recommend Mile Auto Transport and I am very happy I made the right decision.

We must admit our initial apprehension, being our first experience in transporting our vehicle. The Mile Auto Transport Group and Trans USA made the anxiety at a minimum. Better understanding of the workings has calmed our anxious times and we will undoubtedly use their service again.

Very professional!. They took a video before loading the car and did a through inspection noting any existing scratch, dent or chip. My car was also delivered to it's destination 2 days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend using this company.

Mile Auto Transport contracted with Sonic Xpress to transport a vehicle for my sister. She paid for her vehicle to be delivered to me for storage. I was only there to receive the vehicle, not make payment for the service because it was to be put on the credit card. Not once in all the confirmation on our end was it said we had to pay on delivery. The driver could not speak much English, said he spoke Pakistani, however understood our neighbor and answered his question correctly. He had a translator app. and the dispatcher on the phone telling us we had to pay to receive the car. We could pay by cash, cashiers check or some app. we had never heard of. It was evening and banks were closed. We made several phone calls to Mile Auto, my sister and the credit card company. Still told we were responsible for payment at our end. They tried to pressure us saying they had another job to get to. There was nothing for us to do. After many phone calls and threatening to call our sheriff and the Better Business Bureau the driver decided someone else would have to deliver the car tomorrow so he could go to his next job three hours away. The next day the same driver showed back up and delivered the car. There was plenty of time for the payment between the transport company and the driver to work out payment between themselves. We felt like the driving company was attempting to extort us. Either Mile Auto is not screening their contractors well or they are in on the scam. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, so nobody else has to be put under this pressure.

Vanessa was very thorough and explained all steps. Pickup and delivery went very smooth -so did the fee upfront and final payment. Just as Vanessa indicated. Car arrived in tact and quickly. Within 2 days for inquiry.
