Jan was great to work with. This was my first time having a vehicle transported. Jan answered all my questions and concerns. Jan made sure my vehicle was picked up and delivered to my satisfaction. The driver was great to work with too. I would recommend Mile Auto Transport!

They called me that they will pick the vehicle on Thursday and to my surprise the driver called me Wednesday if they could pick it up by 9:30PM and sure enough he was there on time. Very responsible peoples. Also they got the vehicle on time on the destination.

Philadelphia to Chicago - 2-car transport
Booked with Mile Auto Transport for our move from Philadelphia to Chicago and had a great experience. We had to transport 2 cars. Alex with Mile Auto Transport was great with communication. What was quoted to us was exactly what we paid, no bait and switch. He called to inform us when a driver was dispatched. From there, the local driver was also very responsive with updates throughout. Would highly recommend this team.

Had a great experience overall and special mention about Jack who was very flexible and responsive throughout the process and he went above and beyond and took an order for transporting the motorcycle. He arranged for a pickup very next business day. Another mention is about the driver (Daniel( who transported the bike. He did an amazing job in bringing the bike safely and communicating with me.

Excellent communication from the beginning and through the ending. Pick up rapidly from my hometown and rapid delivery in Raleigh N.C. Drive was D&R Transport, by a Mr.Guzman. He was also very personable and communicated carefully and loaded and unloaded with care. All faster than I had expected with no problems and reasonable pricing.

The company I originally hired to ship…
The company I originally hired to ship my car could not do it in the time that I needed although they said they could. I called Mile Auto Transport on a chance they could help me and boy did they! Not only were they able to pick up my car the next day, it was actually delivered a day early! The driver was thoughtful and courteous and kept me posted during delivery. Best call I ever made😊

Everything was good, but it would have been great if I was notified once the vehicle was picked up and been provided pictures before loanding the vehicle as requested at booking.
