Beyond the public response, Max found my number, which didn't match the contact info in my review and took the time to contact me personally. He was courteous, honest, and sincere in addressing my concerns.

I decided to take him up on his offer. MHC sent a replacement vial of R10 at no cost, and I independently paid for purity and content testing through a different lab than the one used for their official COAs. The results I just received were spot on:

Follow-up- Mile High Compounds have been on a literal rampage to remove any negative feedback or honest questions:
• TikTok Censorship: They are deleting comments and feedback in real-time to maintain a fake, curated persona.
• Trustpilot Harassment: They are now resorting to harassing Trustpilot to have legitimate, critical reviews removed. By abusing reporting tools to discredit unhappy customers, they are trying to bury the truth and promote a total facade.
The Bottom Line
When a company hides behind a curated comment section, harasses review platforms, and lowers safety standards in secret, they have lost the right to be trusted. Their priority is clearly their image, not the well-being of their customers. If they were confident in their products and their choices, they wouldn't need to spend so much energy silencing the people who buy them.
I strongly advise staying away from Mile High Compounds. Ethical companies don't hide the truth; they stand by their standards.

This response from Max is a clear red herring; the core of this dispute is not the delivery destination, but the undisclosed downgrade of safety protocols from USP 71 to USP 61. To suggest that legitimate concerns regarding sterility testing are merely misinformation stemming from geographic dissatisfaction is disingenuous and borders on professional negligence.
By your own admission, the decision to cease shipping to Australia was a deliberate choice, yet you failed to provide proactive, transparent notification to your established customer base. Purposefully keeping clients in the dark while continuing to accept engagement is a breach of standard consumer transparency. Furthermore, your claim that you do not delete comments and that TikTok censors content independently is inconsistent with the observed, systematic removal of detailed critiques. Characterising your attempts to flag and remove Trustpilot reviews as a verification process is a thinly veiled tactic of review suppression. Harassing third-party platforms to strike down evidence-based criticism is an affront to consumer rights.
The dismissive and high-handed remark regarding the hope that I find a local vendor is noted for its staggering arrogance. Given your current trajectory of lowering testing standards and silencing safety advocates, such a comment is incredulous and serves as further evidence of a company that has prioritised its facade over ethical obligations. Be advised that attempts to discredit valid safety concerns by labelling them as trashing the company will be met with further public scrutiny. Defending a reputation requires maintaining actual standards, not merely deleting the evidence of their absence. The truth is not misinformation; it is a liability you have failed to manage.
