Website is awful no way to reach anyone. Link's to cancel are horrible. Let me rent a car from thrifty when they were closed. Will never use the company again. Continuing to get frustrated the longer it takes me to be able to cancel

I hated it you guys took my money from me then when I got to the place to pick up the rental they said I couldn’t use my debit card but they took the money from me already then I went up there two days back to back the first time they didn’t tell me anything about my debit card then out of no where they bring this up I will never go back to thrifty hertz none of the rental places tied to hertz or thrifty
