Hola tuve un problema al llegar a AVIS del Miami Airport (mi TC no tiene mi nombre impreso) asi q no pude terminar con la reserva. Tuve q llamar a Miles, y la Srta. Mery Ferrin muy amablemente me respondió vía WhatsApp y me ayudó a poder culminar con la reserva de AVIS, era sábado por la tarde, hora super congestionada, sin embargo Mery pudo ayudarme.
Hi, I had a problem when I arrived at the Avis office at Miami Airport (my credit card doesn't have my name printed on it), so I couldn't complete my reservation. I had to call Miles, and Ms. Mery Ferrin very kindly responded via WhatsApp and helped me finalize my Avis reservation. It was Saturday afternoon, a very busy time, but Mery was still able to help me.

This was the 2nd reservation I made
This was the 2md reservation I made. I am trying to cancel my 1st reservation because I forgot the "jr" part of my name. When I go to cancel the reservation, I keep getting an error saying "Transaction could not be processed - change connection db failed : cannot change the connection string on an open connection"
I tried calling on the phone but when I asked to talk to a human, the call just ended on me.
