With over 30 years of car driving experience and 10 years of professional HGV truck driving, I bring a wealth of real-world knowledge and expertise to every automatic driving lesson. Having spent several years working as a qualified driving instructor, I understand that every learner is different and tailor my teaching style to suit each individual’s pace, confidence level, and goals. I provide automatic driving lessons for complete beginners who are starting their journey behind the wheel, as well as refresher lessons for drivers who may not have driven for a long time and want to rebuild their confidence safely. I also offer specialised acclimatisation lessons for drivers who have recently moved to the UK from abroad and need guidance in understanding UK road rules, driving standards, and road positioning. I have also spent a great deal of time successfully helping nervous drivers and people with high levels of driving anxiety build confidence in a calm, patient, and supportive learning environment. For those looking to further develop their skills after passing their test, I provide Pass Plus training and motorway lessons designed to build confidence when driving at higher speeds and in more complex traffic environments. My aim is to create a calm, supportive, and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and well-prepared to drive safely and independently on UK roads.

​Outstanding experience from start to…

​Outstanding experience from start to finish with Milestone Driving School. Sharma sat with me from my very first lesson until the day I passed. Fast forward two years later, and touch wood, I still have a completely clean driving record with zero accidents and zero fines. That is all down to Sharma’s excellent, thorough teaching. He is an incredible instructor and so much fun to be around that every lesson felt like catching up with a mate. Highly recommend Milestone to anyone looking to become a safe, confident driver!

Sharma is an excellent instructor

Sharma is an excellent instructor! He is professional and has a calm direct approach to every driving lessons. He’s always on time for lesson and very easy to go with. I pass the test first time. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend!

Sharma is THE best driving instructor I’ve ever come across. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with driving instructors so I was a little hesitant but before we’d even booked a lesson he called me and got an understanding of me as a person to better help him teach me how to drive. He’s so patient and accommodating. I suffer with anxiety and struggle under pressure but Sharma was patient and would explain things in detail the way that I understood. He made me feel so comfortable. HIGHLY recommend. Affordable prices also! Thank you so much!!

Excellent driver instructor!

Friendly, helpful and patient.

He structured the lessons around areas I found challenging and where I needed more practice.

This worked well and helped build my skill set and confidence

Excellent Driving Instructor.

If you need an automatic driving instructor who has enormous patience and has passion on teaching especially those who are clueless about driving, I truly recommend my driving Sharat Sharma. He will teach you how to drive from scratch and prepare you for your driving test without feeling intimidate.

Absolutely fantastic instructor

Absolutely fantastic instructor!
As somebody who struggles bad with social and driving anxiety, I really benefitted from a driving instructor like him! I passed my test first time!
Cannot fault him at all.
