The customer service is just awful!
My order stated 10 working days delivery- this has long gone and I have not received any update. After calling numerous of times, I was promised a callback. Never happened. Tried again, same story. Promised to be looked into by a manager...useless.
After days I hear the items I ordered are out of stock hence I need to order from elsewhere.

Unacceptably poor customer service. Got a delivery of chairs way too late to be of use, so had to order from another company. Took them three weeks to respond to a return email request, only to tell me the time had passed and they wouldn't accept the return so had wasted my time preparing the return and emailing info.

I placed an order for 4 white designer bar stools on 28th November. One of the stools arrived damaged and the company have still failed to remedy the problem as at today's date which is 2nd February 2018. They have sent me replacements which are not the same as the original as far as the fixings are concerned. I am unable to attach the arms to the bar stool as the fixings do not align. Despite sending several emails, with photographs attached to explain the problem, the company have proven to be totally incompetent and have failed to remedy a very basic customer service problem.
I have absolutely no confidence in Milliboo to resolve this problem!
I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered £ 500 worth of storage products and they arrived after 10 days - all 3 boxes were damaged inside due to REALLY POOR QUALITY PACKAGING - it was a joke - I get books from amazon with thicker cardboard packaging - it was no wonder the products were not going to survive coming from France in such flimsy material. I rang CS to arrange a collection only to be told would have to wait for a few days due to xmas - this was then sorted and collected. No offer of a replacement in better packaging and It's been 34 DAYS SINCE THEY TOOK MY MONEY and still no refund !!!!! they have now emailed me saying it will be another 14 days - that's 48 days of interest on my £ 500 which whilst not much multiplied out by every crap order they are shipping is quite a healthy cashflow. DO NOT BE FOOLED - the products look nice but if you actually want it to arrive in tact DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HEAVY OR PRONE TO DAMAGE and be prepared for them to hang onto your ££££ for unreasonable amounts of time.. and CS never to bother ringing you back. There has to be similar products out there from a better company, who cares about it's products and customers. I for one will not be buying from them again.

After ordering two armchairs from Miliboo during a recent sale, I then read these reviews and had been worried about what was going to arrive (and when!). However, I had a great experience and feel it’s fair to share it. As I said, I bought two chairs online at an great price with a quick delivery included. My order said it would be ready to ship in ten days and after ten days I had a phone call to ask when would be convenient to deliver. They made note to avoid the school run times on the day I chose, and yesterday the delivery driver rang in advance of delivery to let me know he was close by. He was also very helpful getting the two big packages into the house.
Both armchairs were very well packed up and arrived in perfect condition - much better quality than I had expected for the cost, we’re really happy with them.
The only thing I would say is that in the email receipt I received (it came a couple of days after ordering) it said I needed to check the products when delivered and if there were any faults I should send back with the delivery man, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to return at a later date. I didn’t have time to do this because it was tea time for four young children and my road has very little parking so the delivery man was causing a blockage and traffic issues. If I hadn’t been lucky with the quality of the product then I would be in trouble, but it was my decision to ignore the recommendations of the company. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is for this company return policy because checking carefully on delivery isn’t always possible.
I had never heard of this company before and after reading the reviews I was apprehensive as to what the product, delivery and customer services would be like. The stools arrived today and are gorgeous, a very happy customer, so please give the company a try.
I ordered the GILDA set of 2 grey Scandinavian designer bar stools. As we were having an extension built I had also ordered many other items on-line and mistakenly thought I’d ordered them on the 11th November rather than 17th November. After finding these reviews I panicked and rang customer services. They were extremely polite, and helpful and returned my calls when stated. After they had explained my date mix up they said the stools would be with me “in next few days” I was still sceptical but they even called me on the date they arrived at the Warrington UK depot for onward dispatch. The stools arrived yesterday, they are fabulous and just what we wanted. Well made, excellent quality and sturdy - great value for money compared to other shop bought items we’d seen. We’ve ordered 2 more - Black Friday deal and item concession has also brought the price down from £169 to £133 (plus free delivery) - thank you Miliboo, we look forward to receiving the next pair of stools. I don’t tend to write reviews but given the previous reviews I thought it was only fair the provide a positive review as well deserved Miliboo!!
Shocking! I attempted to post my review on their website and it never went up. Is that even legal? I bought the Birdy Child Modern Hut bed awhile ago to surprise my 5 year old son after 5 months living out of bags between homes with no bed of his own. It arrived several weeks later than expected (customer service were useless, and in the end the delivery driver personally delivered it in his own car!) and took 2 people 4 hours to put up. That was all fine, but then we discovered that there were no bed slats to put the mattress on... even though I double checked there would be before buying the bed (with customer service, who don't have a clue!) and I then spent at least 3 if not 4 weeks trying to get some kind of coherent answer out of Miliboo - UK customer service did not have a clue and kept me hanging on thinking they might get me some bed slats. The stock answer from head office (in France) was that the bed doesn't come with slats.... which is totally thoroughly bizarre. Who the hell buys a bed with no bed slats? My poor son had to sleep on his mattress on the floor, in the middle of the bed. I checked prior to buying the bed that when it said "no bed base" it didn't actually mean there was no where to put the bed and was assured that this referred to the shelves that can be bought separately. I am also astonished that there was no mention of how or where I should buy the bed slats that would fit this bed. NUTS. In the end I bought some bed slats off eBay because customer service never did get back to me with an adequate answer. It's a lovely bed design but I am thoroughly disappointed in the whole experience. Dreadful!

Delivered as promised. After assembling I found a 30 x 30 cm patch of damage in the centre of the table. A replacement was sent. There was damage to this one and the top and sides didn't line up! I asked for collection of the two tables and a refund. This was on the 31st August. I had to email a chase up collection date. I was told they would be collected last Tuesday - the courier didn't turn up. I have been given 3 collection dates which entailed being at home. To date still no collection! I received an email stating I would receive a refund "within 14 days". Customer service is a joke! This is a French firm, all I can say is roll on Brexit!"!

As with all other customers on here, I would give zero if possible. I ordered a table on 06.08.2017 at a cost of £350. Website promises 1 week delivery. Called CS on 4 seperate days once week had expired. Promised a call back each time as their own info stated item was in transit. No calls back. WHO TRAINS THEIR TEAM IN 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'?? Got SO frustrated I contacted Paris HO. Same answer "we dont know where your table is - we cant get through to the couriers". Are they in Mongolia??? Update on order status on 16.08.2017...... "order totally missing" . WHAT???? Requested refund on 4 seperate occasions. Still waiting. HOW DOES THIS COMPANY FUNCTION??? I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS. Very odd that reviews on website are all 5* but nowhere on website to write a review!! Surely that's misleading, at the very least? Had I read TrustPilot before purchase I woud have naturally not wasted a lot of money. AVOID THIS COMPANY. BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY & YOUR MIND.

This company are simply a joke! They do not honour their discounts, their payment gateways are suspicious at best and their customer service is a nonsense.
This is a French company extending themselves to the Uk and clearly do not have the skill set or experience to do so.
Do not purchase from them!
We bought what looked like a decent set of chest of drawers from Miliboo.
The drawers arrived by third party courier on the specified delivery date with a heavily bashed cardboards box, sure enough this bashed box housed our drawers.
We opened the box only to find one of the castors from the base of the drawers had snapped off... bear in mind these drawers weighed over 100kg, so it should take a decent bit of force to snap the welds off! (This could have been the courier, but the product was very poorly packaged for its weight)
Then my partner (for nearly 2 weeks), had been back and forth VIA telephone calls and messages on her Miliboo account and private email, trying to resolve this issues in any way. We finally managed to agree for a replacement set to be delivered... this was a massive mistake. Miliboo arranged for a courier to collect the broken drawers on various days without contacting my partner or I, obviously we weren't at home due to working on a daily basis like most of the world!!!
Another day the courier arrived unannounced (no contact from Miliboo), to find my girlfriend home alone and unable to help lift the package... one guy was sent, with no description of what he was picking up!!! By this point we were tired of contacting Miliboo only to hear another stupid reason to why the parcel couldn't be picked up.
We sent them a message telling them to pick the drawers up and deliver the new one asap otherwise we will request a refund... they misread the email and said 'we'll arrange your refund'... this actually made me laugh.
Today, I'm writing this review (17.30) after it was arranged that I leave work early to help load the drawers onto the van of the courier (pick up at 16.45)...
After calling for the 4th time in the past 30mins, I managed to not get passed around departments or sent back to the home page of the automated service, only to be told... "the courier isn't coming"
... now we're stuck with a set of broken drawers packaged up in a huge box taking up space in our relatively small living room.
FYI, we were told to package the box back up securely and send pictures before we would get any type of decision on whether we can get a replacement sent out... luckily we were able to do this with the 1300x1200x400mm 110kg chest of drawers.
I've genuinely not listed all issues we've had with them... as this is only a set of drawers and it doesn't need all this attention.
I'd suggest potential customers of Miliboo spend their extra £7000 on a carpentry course and make their own set of clothes holders.

purcase a wardrobe that arived damaged no suprised as it was a 90kg wardrobe which was deliverd by one man which is clearly a 2 man job. I sent photos and was offered 100 pound if i wanted to keep the item or i could return it as the damage was on the front door it was very badly cracked and hanging off i thought this was verry poor offer considering it cost over 700 pounds. I opted for the return and asked for a replacement to be sent and the item collected as i needed a wardrobe as all my clothes are in packing boxes frim my house move. I was tolf ghey have to collect the item first before another was dispatched. I was told it would be colected within a week and a relacement sent out. That was on the second of may ans its now the15 of june and i am still waaitning and still living out of boxes with a waedrobe taking up space in hall and able to order from another company because i need the money back to purcase a nee one which will take 8veeeks to deliver.
What customer service, i have only given it 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them a zero. Order came wrong colour, photos taken etc now 12 days since customer service file open and still no resolution.
ordered furniture. money taken. emailed to say will be with me 11th November 2016 and someone would contact me. No contact no furniture. No responses to three email chases. I then phoned uk customer service. 20 minutes on hold for the phone to be disconnected and repeated.

I ordered a Miliboo Modern Round Dining Table LIVIA in Walnut because it had four legs which makes a round table very stable. Order No 535469 CS no 50560
The table top only was delivered on the 27th September and left in the communal hall/stair way of the apartment black and was not signed for by any one I know. I was not in the UK and only arrived in the afternoon of the 28 Sept from Portugal. The packaging was in a very poor state and damaged with several holes thru the cardboard, it also seemed that it had previously been opened. Carefully opening it the polystyrene sheeting was already torn and in many pieces, the polystyrene table edging protector was not attached to the table edge in several places.
On inspecting the table top there were several areas of the table edge which are damaged/compressed and bruised, there was no sign of the 2nd packaged with the table legs.
I opened a Customer service file(CS no 50560) on 29/09 at 06:10 complaining about the table tops condition, and including several photos of the damage hoping that a new top would be sent quickly.
The second parcel containing the missing legs arrived on the 29/09 during the late afternoon.
On the 3/10 having no had any update from Milliboo customer service I decided to cancel the damaged table and ask for full refund. Customer service is too slow they had 2 working days to offer solution.
On the 04/10 Customer service agreed to arrange a collection of the damaged table which was arrange thru GEODIS with the appointment is on the 13rd of October.
On the 13/10 at 14:51 I updated the CS file reminding them that I was expecting GEODIS to collected the damaged table.
On the 13/10 at 21:47 I updated the CS file informing them the damaged table and legs had not be collected and that I had been in all day waiting from 08:00-18:00 and suggested two alternative dates 14/10 09:00-12:30 or 17/10 08:00-18:00
On the 17/10 at 12:11 I telephoned CS to find out if the damaged table was going to be collected and when and was told it extremely unlikely that it would be today.
So I have spend 2 days waiting at my expense for damaged table to be collected.
DOES ANYBOBY CARE AT MILIBOO.CO.UK
I expect that the CS team and the After Sale Service team will arrange collection of the damaged table top and legs with out any consolation with me about the date!
