Ordered a small bag of 25 screws. Shipped UPS ground in an envelope that weighed 1ib. Charged $39.50 for shipping. I ran the shipping numbers on my UPS account and it cost $11.50 to ship back to them. I emailed them about it and got no response. So I called and they said that was what UPS charged them and that's what it cost.
Every time I call in to Trisha Hawkins and the crew at Military Fasteners, I get outstanding service and a great result. I receive quick out the door shipping and accurate order fulfillment.
