They fined me for their failings LOL!
They could not fulfill my order due to missing items. When I said just refund the missing items they cancelled my MRC points that had given me discount on the order, THEN sliced 15% off my refund amount for the single missing item meaning I LOST MONEY because they failed in being able to honour an order! Customer services ghosted me. BE VERY WARY OF THIS LOT!

A bit like Ronseal - "it does exactly what it says on the tin." Good products with good prices. Had to return one item because of a size issue but no problem there. I would recommend this shop based on my first experience. I intend to make more purchases from them.

Trousers are of good quality but tight
Trousers are of good quality. Arrived in good time. They are quite tight around the waist and in the two main pocket areas which I'm surprised about as they are military. So tight that I won't be able to keep my wallet in the main pockets when wearing them.

Misleading 24h Shipping Promise
I placed my order on 9 July because the product page clearly stated that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Today is 13 July, and my order still hasn’t been dispatched.
On 10 July, after I contacted customer support, I received the following reply:
“Hello, thank you for your message. Your order is currently being processed and has not yet been shipped. I’m sorry for the delay beyond the expected 24h dispatch. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment.”
While I appreciate the response, it does not solve the issue. If a company advertises 24-hour shipping, customers are entitled to expect that commitment to be honoured. Otherwise, this is misleading advertising that influences purchasing decisions.
Had the actual dispatch time been made clear, I might have chosen a different retailer. Delays can happen, but advertising a service that is not being delivered is unacceptable.
I hope military.eu improves its communication and stops advertising unrealistic dispatch times if it cannot consistently meet them.
