Hi David, Thanks for your, review, regards dispatch, we send 2 emails, 1st when the order is completed and the second from our couriers with dispatch info on it with tracking info. We use Gildan T-shirts as we have found them to be the best quality, currently, the soft style is available to us in xxxl and xxxl and we wanted to offer bigger sizes. If you are unhappy and would like to return it please send me an email we would rather you were 100% happy.
