Great product, more communication required.
Beautiful picture, with medal and certified signatures, worth every penny. The only reason for 4* rather than 5* is simply due to lack of communication. I never received an email confirmation of order, which caused me to panic slightly that it could have been a fake site. I then received an email from parcel2go (about 2 days later) stating that they would contact me when it was out for delivery which never happened. That said I cannot fault the product, delivery was quick and now I know they are a genuine site I will definitely order again.

With regards to the courier, I will have a word with them as they normally send an email on day of delivery.
