It was good, the only thing I can say is that you didn’t give a solution when you didn’t have the product that I bought, you just give me some credit without checking your emails first.

I ordered a Mil-Tec MA1 jacket , and as soon as the staff recieved the product from Mil-Tec (it took 2 weeks) they shipped it to me and it arrived in the same day.
The only unfortunate thing was that i had to wait for the jacket to arrive from mil-tec to militarysurplus , other than that i have no complaints. 5 Stars

After trying to locate a pair of white flap front trousers ( for Napoleonic re enactment ) I found these at Military Surplus. A company I had not used before. The communication and service was very good. Delivery was prompt. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking these had to find products.

Update: 6/13 Company only gave me my money back after my reviews were left and I filed with my credit card company. They asked me to remove my reviews. NOT A CHANCE! You played me for months. Additionally they like to respond that my order was NOT $500 but only $297. I live in Canada. They also can't figure out fx rates. Not a surprise from a company who thinks that's the only way they can respond to my reviews of their dishonest and unethical business dealings. Original review; SUPER SHADY!!! DO NOT USE! Nearly 60 days after my order was placed, they still had not shipped it and they couldn't deliver on a number of items listed on their site. False advertising?? There was always an excuse. Apparently Romania has 2 week long National holidays frequently and more than any other country in the world as well. Someone in their company would frequently change my order adding items I didn't approve or want and deleting others. They would ghost me for weeks at a time and when I finally had enough and asked for my money back, they stopped responding altogether and now I have to go through my credit card to get my nearly $500 back.

This is now the third time out of four orders I have had issues with the products I’ve ordered.
A lot of the stuff didn’t arrive as described.
I ordered British service pants and received regular civilian trousers that didn’t even closely resemble the pictures shown on the website.
I ordered German navy pants and received a different pair of pants they also selling on their website once and a Croatian pair in the wrong size the other time.
The website has a „select size“ option where the customer support will get in touch with you to find a suiting size that’s actually available.
In my last order I didn’t get notice until the package was already shipped. Most of my order was wrong in size.
This is really frustrating since they refuse to pay for shipping back to Romania although they messed up my order.
For me to privately ship back to them would be half the cost of my order so this is also not an option

Bought a lot of stuff from them(most were surplus) almost all were great and If not, we found a soluționa through phone or email. In short,the surplus stuff are pretty much worth it,except for the non surplus stuff,as they are noticeably marked up

My Order arrived quickly and exactly as described. Probably the best place to buy military surplus.

Order 133975 payed on march 3rd, multiple mails to ask for delivery informations, another to ask for refund, not any reply. I lost 44,20 euros.

Safety goggles were provided with perished elastic strap. If a product is being sold it should be in a good enough condition to be used and reflect how it is described on the website. Quite simply "the item should function properly". Perished elastic on safety goggles does not function properly.

This is how the vendor describes used:
"Used: The item shows signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions properly. Items in this category may have variations in appearance, such as differences in color shades or other minor imperfections caused by long-term storage. They do not come with a warranty certificate."

Staff were also very dismissive when contacted in an attempt to to resolve this issue.

Following up on your reply. These goggles do not have replaceable elastric straps. I think the two in poor quality would not be chosen by a costumer visiting a shop and therefore it is wrong to sell them online like this.

People even wonder if they are legit and YES! If you are in Europe where you can not find type of items around they are the on you looking for. In a week I got the products. Good service! I could not find the items anywhere online but they have it! Thanks
