Despite a few hickups in the innitial ordering process, the products and the packaging were good, the prices were fair, and the (customer)service was very friendly and accommodating.
Very large variety of products to choose from, and a well maintained and easy to use webshop.
Would definately consider shopping here again in the future myself, and recommand it to others.
Only side note; you have to be patient, and if an item might turn out to be out of stock, the customer service will accommodate you in finding a solution as best they can.

Took a some time to to receive order. Unknown where product was send from. And had to do some adjustments for item to work properly.

Romanian M39 helmet purchased in used condition and received as described (but with out the chin strap I requested)...cleaned and repainted the helmet so it looks new for display purpose,,..,added a replacement chin strap and ordered a replica King Carlos disc for the front of the helmet. I am happy with this seller and the quick processing of this order. Provided photo of the restored helmet.

Ordered winter beanie hat and knitted gloves. Took nearly a month to arrive but the products are excellent.
I ordered the beanie hat with a police badge, alas, local laws meant the badge couldn't be shipped. Would have made an excellent talking point with colleagues. Either way, the products are excellent 👌

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It’s been 11 days since I wrote a review and I still have not received a package (3 weeks since ordering) and still have not had any replies to any of my emails. Have never seen anywhere with such bad customer service/ shipping times/ and problems with not having items in stock that they have listed as being in stock on their website

My payment wasn't seen before two weeks after I had to send many emails.
Then for four weeks I had to select other items as a lot of items from my order were not in stock. All by email which was very slow.
I finally got the items and I am happy with them.

Ordered a lot of items. The service was great and every question I asked was answered in a few hours from sending the email. The DHL shipping is fast and reliable to the US

Ordered a surplus german jacket, but not before I emailed them to ask if it was actually in stock and they got back to me within a few hours. Couple weeks later I received it and in the correct size! So, good experience overll :)

Awful experience, steer well clear. Never received the package iv ordered. Although they claimed its delivered, and attach some tracking which i dont know where theyve pulled from. DHL said they never physically received the goods. No refund, not much effort to resolve anything, 150 euros down the drain.
