Milk & Tweed handled a complete new website build for Bodyset and it was seamless. The conversion rates on our website have increased +50% of traffic to booking start, and +20% increase in conversion from the booking start to orders. We could not of asked for a better team to support this growth and have been thrilled with the continuous support, transparency and communication throughout.

The Milk&Tweed team have been a pleasure to work with on the redesign and development of our website. The team members are creative, practical, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and kind. We had one hiccup on misunderstood timelines between the development team and the design team, which had the potential to cause us a problem with the schedule of a campaign launch, and the Milk&Tweed team moved the earth to get the development done in time, which we appreciate very much and give them a lot of credit for.

We chose Milk & Tweed to support us with our rebrand, and they also ran a strategy workshop with our team. The workshop was incredibly valuable - honestly, we think it should be compulsory for anyone planning a rebrand! It gave us real clarity around our brand values and personality, and we could clearly see how this insight fed into all the creative work that followed.

The branding project itself was fantastic. We were blown away by their creativity and fell in love with one of the concepts straight away - it just felt so right for us. The brand guidelines are exceptionally thorough and include a detailed tone of voice section, which we really needed.

Since the rebrand, we’ve worked with Milk & Tweed on several ad-hoc projects - from animations and paid ads support to graphic design - and we’ve now committed to a 12-month retainer. They genuinely feel like an extension of our team, and we honestly can’t imagine not having their support now.

Its hard to summarise how good Milk and Tweed have been for our business but to summarise in one word, I would say AMAZING. From the intial meeting to the delivery of our new branding project the team have been incredible. I believe that the core of any good business is how they communciate with their customers, that is something Milk and Tweed have excelled at. The guys at Milk & Tweed have been fantastic with the rebranding, new website and business cards for Big Tek. They are extremely knowlagable and helpful. I will 100% continue to use them, and I would encourage any business to use them too.

The team were incredibly easy to work with from the outset. They're process of website development was seamless and felt very easy to involved with. our website upgrade was brilliantly executed and the team were flexible throughout the stages. with very little experience in websites, they dealt with everything that was asked and created a great platform for us to continue with additions. we were looking for a website that is scalable and fits with our requirements as a business. I can certainly recommend M&T to the non technical who want a flexible website and a pain-free way of getting there!

I was lucky enough to be able to speak to a friend who had already used Milk and Tweed as I noticed their company was used as a case study when I heard of their experience I was won over. My personal experience was great, every stage was clear and anything I didn't understand was explained in really clear user friendly terms without making me feel silly for not knowing.
From initial meetings with Jake to working with Jon and Sara on development everything was easy. I really like the way they support you to get the right design and features for your specific company.
