I'm from Canada and stopped by this shop while visiting my cousin in Watertown. I was just passing through and decided to check it out. They had a nice selection of snacks, and I also noticed they carry vape products and glass prices. What impressed me was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They were so pleasant that it actually made me want to leave a review.

I still have not received my order...14 days later. Ordered on February 4, shipped on February 7 and now...it's February 17th. Still have not received my order. If you can't do business and ship a product within 10 days, change your process or your vendors.

Not sure what you mean by change our vendor. If USPS is taking longer than expected, that’s not our fault. I’m sure the major snow storm we had that week but delays on many other packages as well.
Again, your product was shipped. We can’t control shipping. But thank you for changing your rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Really shows the kind of person you are.

I never received a follow up email
I never received a follow up email from my original order email stating that my item had shipped or tracking info. Also the silicone on the top piece was dirty making it appear used or a display model.
