My experience was a bit better than the reviews. I was actually able to get a hold of someone through email. I bought 5 items but one of the items didn’t come through and another one I wanted to return. Although it was a bit suspicious because I ordered on Jan 17 but since CNY was coming up I didn’t receive a reply or anything about my order until Jan 26. Afterwards, they refunded me for the clothing I wanted to return and sent me a different tracking link to the item I was missing.
I hope my next shopping experience would be better here. I think their clothing pieces and accessories are really cute and somewhat of decent quality. Considering my experience only and not the other reviews on here, I would hold this shop a bit lower than Yesstyle because I’ve had no problems with them, I haven’t had any missing items nor problems of getting a hold of customer service. Quality of clothing at Yesstyle would be questionable since it’s considered definitely fast fashion. Not sure if this little shop would also be considered that as well. So far it’s not the worst nor the best experience I’ve had with Milkteas.co!

I lost my order since July 2021 and they told me it would arrive in two weeks, months have passed and it still does not arrive, they do not answer in any of their social networks just do not buy pls

I ordered two clothes from them which arrived in exactly one month. (I think they gift you a free necklace?) One I ordered is missing in my package. In general, they do reply to your messages on Instagram. The staff is also extremely friendly, but their e-mail system is not always working impeccable which explains the missing tracking number. They were friendly and sent me the tracking number manually c: shouout to you! I'll maybe reorder the missing clothing.

I Purchased a iPhone case from them and received the wrong size a much smaller size I took pictures to show proof of it and emailed them AND sent them the picture and still no response I’m extremely disappointed with them and not happy with the no response back

so bad, please don’t trust them. The items I received were okay..they weren’t the best but I liked them but I’m literally missing two items and I’m out 30 dollars. If you want to shop here just know it will probably happen to you too and they won’t contact you back.

I bought six items from Milkteas on 8/25/2020, I got five of the items I bought a month later, but not the sixth item, a phone case. I immediately tried to contact them through email, but they never responded. I tried commenting on one of their posts and messaged them on Instagram, but they didn't see it. On 12/26/2020, I left a bad review on their site about one of the items I received and also mentioned about the missing phone case. They then immediately emailed me about the phone case. I replied to that email, but they did not follow up. Even though I was satisfied with four of the items, I wouldn't recommend you to shop from Milkteas.

Never received my item after months. Shipping information only showed that the order is "confirmed". Tried contacting them on different places, they didn't respond. Asked for a refund through PayPal and thankfully got it after some time. I don't recommend buying from there.

I have had two transactions with Milkteas. The first order was in April and the second was in May. For clarification for this review, I received the FIRST order in June (One month AFTER I had made a SECOND order through Milkteas). In the first order from Milkteas, I purchased three items (2x hoodies, 1x phone case). It took three months for me to receive these items and one of the hoodies I purchased was, not only the wrong hoodie, but Milkteas doesn’t even sell the hoodie that I received. I messaged them about this and they said they would send me the correct hoodie in the same shipment as the SECOND order that I had with them. Then, with the second purchase that I ordered in May 2020, I never received a shipping email (writing this august 2020). They emailed me back the first couple times but stopped after a while. I direct messaged them on Instagram they responded and when I direct messaged again for a follow up, they responded to that as well. However, when I direct messaged them for yet another follow up, due to lack of a shipping email they promised i would receive, they finally stopped responding. I decided to try and direct message them on another account and they ended up replying to me from that other account. However, when I (needed to) message for a follow up, they did not respond. I commented multiple times on their Instagram posts no comments were deleted but they never responded. They know what they’re doing and don’t care. Don’t waste your money or time!

Fraud fraud...take your money bogus website....they don’t respond and take your money.....my card was charge by some place in Australia...! Save yourself headache do not order from this site..

I order an item since May 15 and still not received it. They said it was send to Canada. I have the app with tracking # still not received in July 22. Now I resend the email when they responded, the email do not exist anymore.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My outfit I bought has not been shipped for 5 MONTHS, they're supposed to email you when they do. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES!!!!!! On their instagram, they post new clothes EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Yet they can't just open their instagram messages? It's a scam. Report them

I spent about $100 on their website back in June of 2019. So far, they ignored my recent emails and messages about my order. On their Instagram, I would comment on their recent posts and ask them to check their emails/messages however, they would get deleted or ignored.

Order didn't come. I messaged them for a refund and they asked for information of the purchase. I send them everything and they never respond after that.

Edit: after I complained about this under their Instagram post, they messaged me and gave me a refund.

I ordered two phone cases from this website and never received a confirmation email about it. When I messaged them through instagram they responded about twice basically saying "Check your confirmation email" and never responded again. Waste of money. I also commented on their post about it and my comment was deleted immediately.

Please do yourself a favor and don't order from here. It's been months since my order was placed and it has not shipped and they never respond to emails or messages, their instagram comments are full of people asking them to reply to their message. Its a scam

It’s really bad...They don’t reply to any emails or messages.I ordered a while ago and no update on my order.You also cannot cancel your order as there is no way to do that unless you get in contact with them(which is impossible)I know nothing about the quality because my package hasn’t arrived yet (if ever).

this is the worst store I have ever ordered from. I ordered in July, it is now almost December and nothing has come. I spent $40 for absolutely nothing. When I tried to email the company, the email wouldn't let me send any messages. As for the "reviews" on the websites, they are all fake. They are done by "perfect" girls who are paid to do a review for milkteas. Nothing about this website is real. If you want to keep your money do not order from here.
