They refused to have it sent off for repair as I said it would be very difficult to video a fault that happens at random. I did however manage to video this and send it to them for them to say that they couldn't see an issue when they had received a video of the fault.

First time buying the watery machine,I was excited as i thought it would help me a lot, especially with me being disabled. When the machine arrived it would not work at all, it wouldn’t draw up water from the raw tank. Contacted the company & they were helpful to a degree at giving instructions to get the machine working but whatever they suggested didn’t work at all & they had to admit the machine was faulty. I had to communicate, via messaging, no phone number to call & they wouldn’t call me. Delayed responses once Id sent a message waiting days for them to reply to 1 message left me feeling really frustrated especially as I’d spent £299 on a machine, that made hot water. my husband was very skeptical about the machine and wasn’t keen, I thought I’d prove him wrong. I couldn’t prove him wrong as I’d been sent a faulty machine. £299 is a considered purchase, a lot of money for a machine that doesn’t work. Felt a bit embarrassed as my husband said “told you so” Eventually they sent out a replacement. Took weeks for that to arrive & after a short time that new machine developed faults too. Such as bitty & scummy tea/coffee, (had to use filtered water from a jug which defeated the object) it stopped dispensing a measured amount of water, it didn’t heat up to the required temp which meant supposedly boiling hot water had to be microwaved for 50 seconds to get it hot. It developed leaks where the machine leaked all over the worktop & all down my units & landed in a puddle on the floor. That happened 3 times before I felt enough was enough. My worktop join started to expand as the worktop was water logged for hours as it leaked whilst I was asleep, woke up to find water all over, the raw tank had developed a leak & the entire amount of water in the raw tank had leaked everywhere. I Contacted the company again who wanted videos to prove the issues, which I sent to them. Again delayed messages I was eventually offered another replacement which I didn’t want. I didn’t want to risk receiving another faulty machine , id already had 2. I asked for a refund to which I got refused. I got told they will send out another machine to which I had to tell them a few times over email that I wouldn’t accept another machine, & that if they sent one I would refuse delivery. This caused unnecessary stress for me , having depression made me feel really low & I felt I was going to have a massive battle on my hands with this company.i don’t want a battle just a refund!! I felt mentally strained after sending emails practically begging for my money back & expressing my desire for them NOT to send out another machine. I was told I was out of the 100 day return window but I still expressed my wishes of a refund. I was told in another email from the same person that if I returned the machine that they would process a refund. I was absolutely delighted by that response, thought they had changed their mind & they thought it was unfair of them to refuse me a refund. So I returned the item, they were good in the respect that they arranged a courier to collect the item. I emailed them & told them I’d sent it back to them, could they process a refund . I received an email from the same person I’d been communicating with all along telling me they had received the returned watery machine from me but after looking into my account they could see I was out of the 100 day refund policy so therefore I could not get a refund. So they had retracted their offer of a refund. I was devastated. I’m disabled and I don’t have a machine and I’m £299 out of pocket. As I said I’m disabled & I receive a disability benefit, I bought the watery machine out of my disability benefit to help me, to aid me, to make my life easier, so i would have instant hot water whenever I needed it, & I wouldn’t be in pain & fatigue lifting a kettle and a water filter jug & waiting for the kettle to boil. I wouldn’t have scum on the top of my cuppa.I had high hopes for this machine, thought it would change my life. But alls it’s done is make my mental health a lot worse. I feel gutted I fell for this, got drawn in to buying a machine that I thought would help me a great deal. My husband was right all along & as much as I didn’t want to admit it, I had to. I wanted to believe in the product, I gave it a good go, the machine has many faults that need rectifying before putting on the market. It shouldnt be on sale until all these faults are fixed the machine should last longer than 100 days. The company knows that the machine develops faults after 100 days and that’s how they have got you . Their policy is no refund after 100 days. A machine that costs £299 & thats with £100 off usually £399 should be robust, be capable of lasting longer than 100 days without faults. Anyone reading this DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM. I will battle if I have to. I will take it as far as I can, even to the small claims court. I WILL WIN . I will update on progress
Terrible experience with dates & cashew nuts
I bought the Milky Plant on 9th of April 2026 Order ID 576881168302184997 £236.36, hoping for an easy way to make plant based milk, but it was a huge disappointment. I used dates with cashew nuts to get a slightly sweet milk, but the machine barely filtered anything properly. Only about 250 ml of milk actually came out into the jug, the rest stayed stuck in the upper part. There’s no way to release or drain that leftover milk from that section. I literally had to use a straw to suck it out from the top. Completely defeats the purpose of a “convenient” milk maker. Waste of money.

Complaint about the services: On 08-November-2025 I placed an order (26864) for the Watery machine which I was told it would arrive within 5 business day, however I just received on the 27th November 2025. Unfortunately, my order arrived with a small broken spot on the water reserve and on the same day I sent picture and proof to your email customer services. Then on 16 December 2025, your company raised a new order for the tank (29994).. And today is 15 APRIL 2026 and I haven't received it yet, despite my constant follow up with the team (also Instagram). This is really unacceptable. How can a company don't have 1 water tank to be shipped within 4 months? This is so disrespectful with the customer time/money. I am also afraid to buy anything else from your company, because I need to buy the filters for my watery machine to work, but really not sure when I will receive it. Additionally, if I don't ask, your company don't communicate anything about delay..

I bought the machine in December 2025, so it worked nicely, but by the end of February, the red warning light came on, telling me I needed to change the filter water, which I started having problems with.
First, I went to the milkplant website to order a filter, but I couldn't, so I wrote to customer service, and they said, "No filter water available at the moment."
Then, as the warning red light still came up on the screen, I went to the website again to order. This time, I could purchase on 03/21/2026. My order number is 37490, and the waiting game began!. I wrote an email on 2 April 2026 at 19:25 to ask about my order, and the customer replied, saying they understood how I felt, but they still don't know when I'll receive my filter replacement. They have received my full purchase, but I still can't get my filtered water!! It is a terrible company that sells products without having a water filter replacement!!!
Be aware of this product before you buy it!!!!!!!.

I love my watery machine. I live in a hard water area. Im originally from the north, the water quality is much better there, so the tap water here in the south tastes terrible. Ever since buying this machine (Nov 25) , ive not drank water directly from the tap! It tastes clean and not heavy! I also love the warm temperature features on the machine :)
Milky Plant Watery Machine
I purchased the water machine in November. The smaller of the two filters needed changing in January. I tried to buy a complete set of filters but the website kept telling me that no delivery was available in my area. After speaking to the company I was told that filters were not available and someone would contact me when they beca me available. A couple of months went by and by now the machine didn't work really. I haven't heard anything so I tried to buy filters again. This time they were available and there was an additional charge for 1-2 business days delivery. I paid around 150 quid for what I wanted including fast delivery. After 10 business days I contacted them asking where the delivery was and I was told that none were available yet. I asked for my money back and I duly received them within a couple of days. Why were they charging for fast delivery when they had no filters available? Interesting. I also asked for a refund of the machine as we have a little boy that needs bone marrow in our home and needed to buy a different machine. They refused that request. So we have a non functioning machine, within the guarantee period. This machine is not fit for purpose as it doesn't supply the service for which it was intended. I have now written to Trading Standards and will issue a writ asking for my money plus the cost of the replacement machine. The complete email trail is available.
After a problem I’m now happy
After having a lot of problems with delivery when I purchased my watery it finally arrived and then a problem with it !!!
After a few attempts to resolve this I received a very helpful message from John and after working through his instructions I am pleased to say it is working.
I’m very happy with the watery, the water tastes nice, always keep a glass bottle in the fridge for when I want a lovely glass of cold water.
I do have mine set on boiled water for making tea as I found the tea setting wasn’t hot enough.
Before I received mine I had also purchased one for my partner who is also very happy
and I am now going to order new ACF filter for him. I hope after reading a lot of the recent reviews that they are not in stock he doesn’t have a long wait !!
I would have given five starts for the machine but reduced this due to the problems I had when originally purchasing it.
Poor customer communication
I’m very happy with my The Watery machine, great filter system and water tastes amazing.
Just giving 2 star review because is been now almost over two months and I have been waiting for a refund and no one is able to sort my issue, when placing my order I was offered a Free mug, but I also had a voucher and when I applied the voucher the Mug was no longer free, which I did not realised at the time. Once I realised about this I have requested a refund even before the mug arrived and when this arrived was not even opened and sent straight back
I have sent numerous emails, which i get the same reply that my refund is now with finance team and take up to 7 days, but has been now 2 months.
Not sure what to do more than raising this issue with my bank.
Happy with my water machine which is 5 stars, but very poor communication and customer service definitely not more than 2 stars.
For the time being I’m short £30 as my refund is nowhere to be seen.
All I want is to talk with someone able to sort my refund asap.
Descale light after 4 weeks
The water machine is great and the water is too. However, just over 4 weeks using it the descale light keeps coming on. The manual talks as if there's a descale scheduled but there isn't. I'm waiting to hear back from milky plant regarding dealer and replacement filters. Early days yet but id advise anyone thinking about buying to do the descale sachet and replacement filters research first.

Same issues as others unfortunately. Love the machine and the water it produces but the company cannot continue to operate like this. You need to communicate and compensate unhappy customers. You cannot provide the service sold because you cannot obtain the parts. You need to stop selling new machines and concentrate on your existing customers and getting filters out to us!

Very very unhappy with milky plant was told I get my free mug with my order and did not realise how expensive the filters are when you need to buy new ones they say it’s better on electric rather than using a kettle I find it is a little bit better but once it finishes filling up your cup it then uses more electric transferring the water back to the jug so in my opinion there is not much of a difference between your kettle and this device? The only good thing it cleans your water? But you can buy other devices the same cheaper and cheaper water filters? On the market? Customer service is terrible in my opinion as well they had on there web page for a free mug and as soon as you put there code in to get it then it doesn’t work? And when you contact them they say the offer not on any more I believe this company just wants to take your money as fast as they can ? I did not want to leave this review but after contacting customer services again and again about the free mug and getting told 2 or 3 days later the offer not on anymore when it was ? I find milky plant are only interested in taking your money then not interested i believe in my opinion this machine will drop in price and the filters because the filters are so expensive and if I new this i certainly would not have bought it ?
Mold and danger for the health
The machine got stucked many times with dates or almonds(hidrated before). We opened to see why and found mold and liquids in the engine place.

This would have been an amazing product but for the very horrible services.
I ordered for the ACF refill 14th March with order number #36504. One week later it has not been dispatched for delivery. Sent an email and all they could say was that they were out of stock (while it clearly states "in stock" on their website) and added they would let me know WHEN it's in stock. In short, they were uncertain.
2 weeks later, I sent them an email and it's the same answer. They were still uncertain of when they would have it in stock. Yet, it still clearly shows "in stock" on their page.
3 weeks later, it's the same story.
What's worse is nobody sells these accessories. Not one. You can't get it anywhere. Other products are doing great.
As for the RO, I could not even order for it because it tells me they can't deliver it. I honestly do not recommend this product except you are ready to order the parts in bulk or 1 year ahead. Don't even get me started on the stains.

As long as it works and filters don't need charging before stated time then overall the machine at a its lower price is worth it. It does get stained with tea as it does splash quite a bit, if it had a stand that could hold the cup closer to water this wouldn't happen or a stain resistant plastic.
When there was a problem with the unit after a few months. They did send me a replacement unit without complaints
