Mill creations has been such a blessing…
Mill creations has been such a blessing to my family since my daughter and I have started to learn to sew. They have helped us so much in buying just the right size machine for my daughter choosing good suitable fabrics as well as advice on projects. The staff are so friendly and kind. I’ve recently had an accident becoming house bound and they’ve actually delivered to the house because they know we can’t get out ! They go above and beyond!!! wonderful staff

A lovely space
A lovely space, lots of beautiful material and a brilliantly stashed haberdashery. The staff are incredibly helpful and have a wealth of sewing knowledge. As a beginner sewer, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed in these spaces, but at Mill Creations I felt at ease and supported.

My favourite local haberdashery!
I only started sewing at Christmas. I discovered Mill Creations and their sewing school (School of Sew) online and they have both massively helped me along my sewing journey! I’ve attended many of their workshops and now regularly shop at Mill Creations.
The Mill Creations haberdashery is great: a huge selection of fabric, buttons, thread, zips, patterns etc. I recently upgraded my sewing machine and bought a new Brother Innovis A150 from them and it’s superb. Nicola was really helpful when I was choosing my new machine and helped me to make the best decision for my sewing needs.
The new website is really helpful as you can see different fabrics, including remnants. I haven’t needed to order online yet as I live locally, but it’s good to know they deliver if needed! And I use the website to browse their fabrics etc.
Nicola and Izzy are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The shop itself is beautiful and well laid out. The service is fantastic. Plenty of free parking outside.

I will leave a separate review about the School of Sew (which is their in-house sewing school), which is also great.
