HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY
HORRIBLE COMPANY! I really hope you don't fall prey to this scam company like I did. The boots I ordered feel like cheap plastic, have a horrible smell, and look nothing like the shoes that were advertised. I went four rounds with them trying to get a full refund - first they offered 10% off and then the discounts slowly increased with each complaint until they got to 40% off. Considering how poorly made these shoes were, there was not a future I envisioned myself, nor anyone else for that matter, wearing these things they market as boots. I wanted a full refund - they finally said they would do that so long as I returned the shoes to their Chinese return address -- which would have cost me much more than what I actually purchased for these things. This is where they get you - so long as they have a return address on their website, there is nothing I can do (I confirmed this with my credit card after filing a fraud claim). Good luck out there - and I hope you don't get scammed like I did.
Scam!
Ordered the $89.99 boots and they are way too small, terribly cheap, and they offered me 15% of my money back instead of being able to return them!! I’m not sure what to do or where to report this scam company!!
SCUM
SCUM
This is Scum company !
Do not order from them ! FB should not allow this company to sell . I received wrong item and they won’t accept return.
Leather looks man made
Order boots and the leather looks man made and heal is rubber instead of leather like in pictures. Will be returning
HORRIBLE—I wish I had seen these reviews before…
AVOID TJIS SCAM COMPANY. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this scam company. Facebook also needs to be held liable for not vetting these scam ads.
I ordered that pretty wool coat they are advertising. Paid quite a bit. What I got was a thin polyester or plastic-like material white cheap jacket not even K-Mart or Goodwill would carry. So disgusted. My crap order came from some guy in California.
I am reporting this scam to the FBI Internet Scam Unit.
Horrible company
Horrible company. It is scam. I ordered 4 items that supposed to be wool jacket they are not only not wool but poorly made from synthetic material and horrible cut doesn’t fit
Another one here where I wish I looked…
Another one here where I wish I looked into this company a little more. A shitty pair of boots arrived today from China and I was so confused. They look nothing like what I ordered from this NY shop. I looked up the website and The Story of the company sounds nice, but does not include the owner names. Which is a huge red flag right there.
What a waste. I’m going to try and dispute it with my credit card company. I highly recommend people stay away from these scammers.
Still have not received my purchase
Still have not received my purchase. BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH...
Complete scam
Complete scam, do not order anything from this company. The descriptions/online photos are nothing like what is actually provided. Terrible return policy so currently disputing the charge with my credit card company because it's so ridiculous. Absolutely horrible experience.
Scam!
Scam!! Chinese mail order posing as a New York company claiming to be going out of business. Merchandise shipped from China. Extremely poor quality polyester. Sizing super small, a large is equivalent to a small. Merchandise not as pictured. Returns are at your expense. Where is the attorney general when you need them!!
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. This whole side is a scam. The Scandinavian looking sweaters are made in China of low quality yarn. Do not look like what you ordered when they arrive. Plastic feel and very small.
They will ask you if you would like to order a 2nd item for 50% off when you want to return. In the end it will be that you will have to pay for shipping to return the item to China if you still want to return it. If not they offer you a 15% refund, which I still not have received.
What a rip-off
What a rip-off! I was dooped by this Chinese-based company. Spent a sizeable amount of money for a 2-3 week delivery of items that were all too, too small! I am a 1X or 18W. What I received was for a 10 petite!! I'm out of money and nothing to show for it! Don't be scammed with the "Closing Store" marketing scam. There is no Miller & Jones New York in New York or even the USA.
Absolute fraud
Absolute fraud. Nothing about is ny. It's cheap drop-ship clothing made in china. Sweaters have flat felt like interior nothing chunky, handcrafted about them.
SCAMMERS!!!
SCAMMERS!!!! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY!!! I was ordered a womans coat and checked out. Upon checking out a pop up asked (paraphrasing)" Interested in any of these garments at an even larger discount" and simultaneously displayed 4-5 items. I clicked on one of the items to check it out. THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO MY ORDER AND AMENDED THE ORDER TO INCLUDE IT IN THE SALE. There was no way to cancel or amend the order. No way to call them. I sent a number of emails to them to cancel the entire order. The next day I received a response saying they will refund the entire amount. Based upon the way their website is set up, I do not trust that I will receive the refund.Today the charge posted to my Amex and I am going to dispute the charge, in lieu waiting for their credit (which would have been a faster route) NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION AND A WASTE OF TIME!
I award a star ONLY so I can write the review!
This company can never improve because it is a complete scam. I am furious with myself for falling for it. I am new to Instagram websites and was caught off guard. The article (coat, ha!) I ordered had to go into the trash. I didn't want to give it to charity, because it wasn't good enough. This company also uses the name Mason New York. I realized not long after I ordered the piece that it had to be a scam, and I tried to dispute my credit card payment. Too late, of course!
False Advertisement Shame on Facebook for letting them sell on their site
My daughter bought me a jacket. It’s garbage, the zipper is on the wrong side. It looks like a woman’s jacket, no label, the material and color doe’s not look anything like the item they advertised on Facebook. Facebook should ban them from selling on their website. Total junk!!!
Don't buy..a scam
Don't buy..a scam . Company and product are fake.
Shows China for a Fake Chicago store.
Fake photos and descriptions
Fake photos and descriptions of clothing, now store is closing. Returns are to China not US. Waste of money. Offered a 10 percent credit for item.
Worst product and zero customer…
Worst product and zero customer service. Ordered a men's XL coat and got one in a women's M size. Now they ask me to spend $40 to send to some warehouse in China for credit. Cutting my losses. This is a FRAUD company
Wish I had gone to trustpilot before I…
Wish I had gone to trustpilot before I bought. Same story- bought a sweater that was too small. Contacted the company to return it- paid $30 to return a $70 sweater. Used USPS , but they only track it to customs. Several emails later, I am told I will not get a refund because they can’t confirm it reached their “warehouse “- my quotes! 😡
