We recently had a visit from Harry, a contractor working with Miller Homes, to fix some screws that were sticking out of our staircase. Harry was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the visit. He completed the repair to a high standard, took the time to ensure everything was finished properly, and left the area clean and tidy.
We're very happy with the results and really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you, Harry!
Mark Taylor attended my house and completed top work. He is a great worker and very professional. Thank you so much for great work. I am very pleased. 🙂
Greg came and fixed several snags in my new build house. Greg completed all issues with my house to an excellent standard and he went out his way to help with 2 new concerns that I had! He was a very friendly chap and very easy to talk to! The work was great and would definitely recommend Greg’s work
We were at the step of viewing houses, however at that point we met Miller home’s builder, since then everything went smoothly ant friendly up to handed the key. Afterwards until we settled down in to the dream home follow up care also much appreciated.

Although the Deerness Rise development has not officially launched yet, I wanted to recognise the outstanding support I received from Pam. From our very first conversation, Pam was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, providing valuable information and guidance towards any future process.
What impressed me most was the trust and confidence she inspired. Pam never made me feel rushed, making what could have been an uncertain experience feel straightforward and reassuring. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to customer service have left a very positive impression.
Based on my experience with Pam, I am confident that purchasing a home with Miller Homes would be a great experience.

Our whole process was so smooth from start to finish! We purchased our house at MillerPark at Clydebank thanks to the team. Debbie, Lynne and Helen have been super helpful and supportive throughout the whole reservation and buying process! Each step has been organised through them in time for us to accommodate our work around! Once on site Alex site manager has been very helpful from the processes we have had to deal with him. Even post collection of keys has gone above and beyond to help us within the house. Thanks again for all efforts and making buying our first home stress free!

Since moving in to a New Build Miller Home in February in Priorslee, issues have snowballed, and attempting to get them resolved has been incredibly challenging.
During our first home check (two weeks prior to moving in), I left feeling confident. I was told how seriously Miller Homes took their own snagging to ensure everything was right before handover, and that the heating and appliances had all been thoroughly tested. This smoke screen quickly vanished upon moving in; we immediately discovered that five radiators needed bleeding, a thermostat required rewiring, and the dishwasher waste pipe hadn’t been correctly set up so wouldn't even turn on. So much for everything being tested.
While you start at the top of the queue for standard snags when you first move in, as time goes on, you fall further and further down the pecking order with a customer care team that appear to only want to deal with happy customers.
The biggest frustration has come recently. After months of hard work landscaping my garden, a period of very warm weather has seen my lawn turned into a swamp (not what you would expect). A massive volume of water has flooded into my garden from the plot behind us. This is due to a complete lack of care from Miller Homes to account for the severe drop-off between the two plots.
When I raised this, the advice I received from Miller Homes was that my recently planted conifers "will love these conditions and drink it all up," and that I should plant more of them. This was useless advice; luckily, I dug the recently planted conifers and shrubs up before root rot killed them off completely after what has now been four weeks of severe waterlogging.
This flooding occurred right after Miller Homes laid the turf for my new neighbour and advised them to water it multiple times a day. It is a shambles that the water isn't even benefiting their garden, but is instead filling my newly constructed "reservoir to protect my plants further down the garden.
Attempting to get help or a concrete date for a fix from Miller Homes has been exceptionally painful. Calls, emails and text messages ignored on multiple occasions and little meat on the bone for exactly what a solution looks like.
I have been promised that I would get a response and an update on repeated occasions by Emily and Rebecca in the customer care team, but both of them have failed to communicate with any sort of clarity. I should not having to be chasing every week to get a slither of an update from the customer care team. Phone calls are regularly ignored and emails unanswered and this is either because their work load is too large and they cannot address the issues that the business is creating for them. Or they do not have a soultion or power to make any meaningful decisions to get these issues resolved.
After multiple failed attempts to escalate the matter internally, I have been left with no choice but to make these issues public in the hope that it will finally get noticed and rectified.

Mark was fantastic. He was thorough, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made sure we were fully satisfied with the work carried out.
When I noticed an issue in our family bathroom where the silicone was drying unevenly and leaving a gap for water to seep in, Mark didn’t ask me to log a complaint he took the initiative and sorted it straight away.
Excellent service and great attitude.
