I bought three scrunchies from Jo, and was enchanted with their beautiful designs, high-quality silk and immaculate finish. I wanted two scrunchies for a friend, and one for myself. Jo offered to combine these separate orders into one gift bag, giving me a cheaper price. I asked if she might be able to make my scrunchie in a colour she doesn't normally offer. Jo managed to source the small amount of silk needed, and I received the whole order within 2 days! Her craftwork, communication and customer service is beyond exceptional.

Amazing quality and customer service! I have purchased from here many times before and am always thrilled, such happy mail to receive! I ordered a replacement scrunchie for a favourite colour I lost a month or so ago, and when it turned up the day after I had placed the order, Jo was so kind and understanding and agreed to change the new scrunchie I had ordered to a different colour. Will be coming back!

I’ve ordered lots of things but my most recent purchases were a lilac silk headband and ribbon. The quality is amazing as always and the colours Jo stocks are classy and refined. I will definitely order again!

Ordered a custom bridal bow and loved it, it came with such a cute storage bag too so I can keep the silk looking beautiful for a long time. It looked stunning in my photoshoot!

I wear my bows and ribbons almost every day to my lectures. They're my most prized accessories. The seller very kindly offered to change my delivery address from PayPal because I had put the wrong one, despite knowing she'd get charged the PayPal fee twice. Thank you so much!

I have been buying bows and accessories from Mille Saisons since 2020 and absolutely love this brand. I recommend the bows and accessories to pretty much everyone that I know - Jo is a star who makes transactions pleasant and quick. I have around 5 bows and several pieces of jewellery which often get compliments such as the Liberty silk bow and matching bracelet. Fairly priced, in return for a truly special and timeless product which has been masterfully hand crafted by a small business.

I received 3 Mille Saisons silk scrunchies and two hair elastics for Christmas. I already have a large collection of Mille Saisons hair accessories, but I ALWAYS want more! The quality is amazing, the customer service is brilliant, and the creator, Jo, goes out of her way to make everyone's shopping experience go well. Mille Saisons as a brand also knows their stuff about consumer rights too, which is amazing. 100% recommend all day every day, and I will consistently repurchase/ask for Mille Saisons products for Christmas/birthdays until Jo stops making her products!

I’ve bought these as both gifts for family (silk headbands/scrunchies) and as gifts for myself (eye masks, scrunchies and bobbles). They’ve all been handcrafted with love, which shows in the quality of the final product.

Had a great experience ordering some headbands in a custom colour for my sister. Arrived well in time for Christmas and the quality of the material used and the stitching is really excellent. Definitely would order from again!

Beautiful hand made silk bows, scrunchies and more! I ordered over Christmas and my order arrived before New Year! The bow is stunning and has multiple uses. The silk scrunchies are really great quality and secure, keeping my hair in place without snagging! Highly recommended

I had been debating getting a silk cap for AGES due to my curly hair, originally I tried a cheap one that did nothing for me or my hair.
Then I got one from Mille Saisons - it’s been a few months now, the colour & elastic is still like new and I can easily stuff my curls into it.
Plus communication was lovely and prompt.

Gave Jo's scrunchies as Xmas presents to my granddaughter and daughter-in-law and couldn't be happier with their reactions. Super quality products, also excellent delivery and communication. Keep up the good work Jo.
