Service was good, however when package arrived in NZ it was very damaged. Fortunately the item was a canvas bag so ok. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the bag, not mentioned in the listing - had pen marks and stains. I have paid to have it cleaned and has come up ok, but would not have paid such a high price for what I considered average condition. Thanks

Why is it our problem?
My purchases were never delivered. I contacted the shop owner who was snide and wondered why it was their problem. I understand there can be shipping mistakes out of a seller's control however they did not offer any assistance to make claim with the shipper. I spent over 400.00 with this shop and will never ever shop here again.

The shipment was shipped and delivered in a very short time. From the tracking, the package appears to have been picked up by the person who did this review. We have done our job in an excellent way, if problems arise with the courier it should not be the reason for a negative review. We would like reviews made on our garments.
