The prices are way overpriced, the chicken samosas should be called onion samosas. This is not a place I would want to visit again.

Had lunch in the cafe in the garden centre.
Ordered a meal that said it came with chips.
It didn’t. It came with skin on fries. Vile.
No one came to ask how the meal was. Once it was put on the table we didn’t see hide nor hair of a staff member to raise this with. Even when leaving no one spoke to us. Poor customer service as well as a poor meal that wasn’t as advertised.
Really disappointing that the food is falsely advertised as a first (and now only) time visitor.
I came on Friday for coffee, it would have been my late husbands birthday, and he loved coming over for coffee and cake, my sister drove me as i dont drive, the coffee was just warm not hot we had drunk it by the time the tea cake arrived we complained about the coffee. the waitress went to get more coffees but they never came, this was not good on such a upsetting day
I visited their restaurant today with my wife as a special treat. After reviewing the menu, we chose the Festive Turkey dinner, guided by its description and accompanying photo. Unfortunately, the meal fell far short of expectations.
The quality was extremely poor and did not match the description provided. In fact, it was among the most disappointing meals we have ever experienced. The menu promised seasonal vegetables, yet what was served consisted only of parsnips, which were undercooked, dry, and not properly prepared. One plate contained two thin slices of carrot, while the other had none at all. This was the entirety of the “seasonal vegetables,” which I am sure you will agree is unacceptable. Furthermore, both meals were served lukewarm.
At £15.99 per person, the meal represented very poor value for money.
To clarify, the review is for the Webb Garden Centre restaurant, within Millets Farm, at Oxfordshire

Do not order the roast dinner. Beef looked like pork, not quite sure why it didn't resemble beef, carrots were rock hard not been top & tailed or washed, covered in gritty soil. Gravy was like water and roast potatoes were rock hard with skin on like a leather jacket. Couldn't eat it and expensive at £18.50

Inconsistent and confusing pricing!
Went to a popular pumpkin event, presented with three different prices, one online (£3), one at the gates 9f thr experienceon a huge chalk board (£2.50) and lastly, one st the entry kiosk (£3.50) by yhe server. Unsurprisingly the most expensive ticket price happened to be the 'correct' one. How we would be able to decipher that who knows! They essentially could have charged whatever they wanted at the gates as it was unclear. Whilst you're there with the little ones too, you cant really turn around and not enter.
I contacted customer service who were not apologic or took into account the three different prices.
The experience started with a bitter taste, as we felt we'd been hoodwinked.

Booked Golf with them and due to bad weather they cancelled the booking- no refund offered!
They stated that we had to rebook within 6 months which we couldn’t do.
When we tried to rebook after the 6 month period, they stated that the tickets were now invalid and if we wished to attend we would have to buy more tickets.
Cant help but feel as if we have been robbed as we didn’t cancel, they did..
Will never book with them again

Visited the centre today as a family of five adults for the Meerkat experience, We had a fantastic day. The meerkats were more than cute and we were able to feed and stroke them. Rosie was very knowledgeable about the meerkats and she was very kind and helpful. Afterwards we enjoyed seeing a great variety of other animals and we particularly liked the fact that they were well taken care of. We enjoyed a lovely snack at the restaurant, had fun playing golf and finished our trip with visiting the farm shop. We would highly recommend this venue and it has left us with some lovely memories. Thank you.

Plenty to do here but incredibly overpriced for all the activities over and above basic free admission to site. Restaurant expensive and nothing special. The kids had a lovely time, which is the main thing, but why have Milletts opted for loose chippings and unmade paths when half the people attending are struggling with pushchairs?

My partner took me the millets farm shop the other day. i was so excited as i've been looking for a place to buy a healthy food. what a disappointment!!! we spent a lot of money because everything is over priced, i thought it should be ok as they are fresh and organic. someones hair was inside freshly made chicken dish, aubergines developed large brown spots next day, they were shiny and spotless when i bought them, also other vegetables gone bad next day. i took screen shot of the aubergines and done google search as the brown spots on them look strange. i found images of aubergines with the same exact spots and found out that these spots are caused by a virus. its a waste of money and do not recommend anyone to buy from them,

I have visited millets since a child (1950s). I have enjoyed the changes with my children, grandchildren and recently with great grandchildren. I have bought plants, bulbs etc.over the years and food shopped regularly but my recent purchase of shin of beef and kidneys from the butchers was beyond awful. The meat was cooked for four hours but was inedible. It was completely tasteless and mainly gristle. It’s not the first disappointment I’ve had from meat at millets butchers. Needless to say I won’t be buying anymore as it’s not cheap. I don’t mind paying more for meat, if it’s worth it.

What can I say tried the restaurant several times. I don’t think the food could get any worst but this time they fooled me .
Totally uneatable.
Only thing good was the chips. The rest was just gross
All this for £45 pounds not cheap

Booked the really wild experience for me and my partner at a cost of £80 only to hold a snake for a couple minutes, we got to feed the wallabies but the general public not on the experience was doing the same thing! There was no segregation between experience paying customers and the public making us feel extremely ripped off! We only purchased the experience so we could feed and handle the raccoons which we was not allowed to do this was not explained on the booking information, we was only allowed to put some dog food in cardboard tubes which the keeper placed in the exhibit AGAIN!! the general public was involved and even got in front of us so we couldn’t even see what we paid for, me and my partner are very disappointed and will not be returning to the farm ever again! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION! YOU ARE LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN!

So after approx 15 years of enjoying Millets for the yearly browse of 'what's new' or trying new food items, this was an unplanned visit having only been in July.
We decided to have breakfast as a treat for both of us but after waiting 35 mins and on asking, was told that a half hour wait is normal....so why don't they say that when ordering and before you've already finished your coffee(which was awful by the way and I even wondered if they'd forgotten to put the coffee in to my cappuccino)
We then scrapped looking at the food hall area and just had a very quick stop in the garden centre part for dog treats.
It's such a shame and at nearly £30, I'd have much rather brought treats in my weekly shop as the breakfast's weren't worth the wait. Won't rush back.
Awful customer service, asked to move a booking due to covid and was told I had to pay more than we had originally paid to book it and that they were doing us a favour as we were losing them money by being ill. Thought I was doing them a favour but not turning up infecting staff and other visitors. Guess all they care about is the money.
Problem with lack of good response from Millets Farm re problems with garden set now resolved. Replacements delivered
I booked 6 people for soft play at £43 . 2 adults and four children for the soft play session, for me and my two kids and my friend and his two kids.My friend and his 2 children were unable to go due to illness . Millets have a policy that they will only move a booking once . and that they won't split a booking . Meaning that if my friend and his two can't make it , then they won't refund. and i will lose £22. I wonder how many other people Millets have robbed in this way . I spoke to customer service and they would not budge, and declined a refund . Buyer beware!! this is not a customer friendly way to do business for a so called family friendly organisation , more like a profit over fairness organisation !
