Millex India is not sincere in customer…

I am compelled to write some cons review here after facing lots of frustrations with their unresponsive, inattentive and frequent delaying service. Here's 3 stars just because of the good quality in their products.
❎ Millex India is not sincere in customer care service. They'll always say "by tomorrow" which will take more than 2-3 weeks or even longer and forget it or until you make inquiry for your order again.
❎ Issue with my order from the month of December 2025 to till now i.e. March, 2026 is still not yet solved.
❎ The given customer care number from WhatsApp rarely respond to customers.
❎ In some customer care service number they use AI to apologise and respond to customers without any real solutions.

Tips: I'm sure these ratings and reviews will be quite different if only;
1. Millex India could provide a good, sincere, honest customer care service to your customer.
2. Delivery or exchange process can speed up.
