If i could give 0 stars i would. Returned an item and after over 2 weeks of it being delivered back to them, still no processing of refund (which is against the law). Emailed countless times, no reply. Absolute joke considering how expensive their clothes are. Have had to escalate this with my bank as they clearly have no intention of refunding me - unsure if they are scammers at this point.

Really poor quality. Bought a dreas for a special occassion it took several weeks to arrive and communication was poor. When it did arrive the material was of a very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Also had a mark on the back. Eventually got a refund but it took a long time and had to chase them. Wouldnt buy again

Such amazing quality! Bought a dress for my 21st, it arrived in time and was perfect, very flattering fit and made really well.

I would order from again, the top I ordered fits me really well and is very comfy. It did take some time to get to me as they are made to order but I am very happy with my purchase

I have been really wanting a dress from this brand for a while. They are a made to order brand with a bit of a wait time but I needed it for my graduation within a week. They made the dress for me and sent it within 3 days. It fits like a glove and the fabric is so soft. I will be saving up to buy more pieces in the future

Extremely poor quality - really disappointed with the items considering the price paid. Asked to resolve the issue privately with the merchant, but unfortunately it has now had to be escalated further. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this merchant if you are looking for good quality items.
