Our Black Labrador has been eating Millies Wolfheart food since he was 18 months old, he's now 7 and we have had nothing but compliments on how healthy his coat looks and we have been asked many times what we feed him and we have happily recommended your food. Recently I contacted MW regarding intermittent digestive issues our lab was having (after getting him checked over by vet) and asked if they could advise on food for a senior dog. I received excellent nutritional advice from Elaine on what food we should try. As soon as we switched food he was back to his old self and no more flatulence and diarrhoea. The delivery has always been very fast by DPD which we cannot fault in all these years. Also if there will be any delays due to holiday closures there is always an email letting us know to get our orders in. Excellent customer service all round, thank you.

My dog food order did not get delivered and no attempt to deliver was made by DPD. I had contacted DPD myself and didn’t get anywhere with them. I then contacted Millie’s Wolfheart customer services. They told me to wait until the end of the day and that they couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered (at this point the delivery should have been 2 days ago). I called them again at the end of the day as the food had not been delivered. They absolutely wasted my time. The woman in customer services was very indifferent to the problem I had experienced and that I had run out of dog food now. Didn’t sort the problem out and another day went past without the food getting delivered. Very poor service and I’m very disappointed with the way this has been handled, especially given I have been a customer of theirs for years.

We rehomed a GSP at 5 months old, who was on a raw food diet. His stool was incredibly sloppy and his flatulence would easily clear a village - it was just horrific. We went through so many different foods, trying to find something that suited him. A friend recommended the beef and rice by MWH. This has been a total game changer for him. He now has firm poop and pumps very infrequently now. A total lifesaver 👌

My senior boxer, Ruby, had been diagnosed with pancreatitis about a year ago and I had been struggling to find food that would work for her. Recently I was told of Millies Wolfheart and contacted them with the issues my boxer was suffering from.
Elaine, from the nutrition team, suggested what may work for Ruby given her pancreatitis and digestive issues, and I ordered sample packs to test. I began introducing the new foods as Elaine had directed.
Fabulous advice including portion control etc taking in to consideration the various conditions Ruby was displaying.
Ruby has responded marvellously and loves the food. She is back to her old 'boxer' self, is full of beans and energy.
I am ever so grateful for the advice I have received and can highly recommend trying Millie's Wolfheart should your dog have digestive problems of any sort. Fabulous! THANK YOU!

Been using their dry food now a couple of years as my dogs had different issues. The food is definitely working and my dogs are thriving. I have used the nutritionist a couple of times when the recipe needed tweaking and very happy with the customer service. Would highly recommend

I have previously used Millie's for 10 years . Our dog was always healthy and vets commented on how her teeth , coat and overalls health were excellent.
I am getting a new puppy , different breed , so asked for advice on feeding her and received a very comprehensive answer . I will follow their advice and I am sure will have excellent results .

Was recommended MW, I emailed the team there and advised of my Sharpies requirements and they sent a sample over to me. Wow, Buddy absolutely loved it. He's been on MW for a few months now and paws down the best food for my boy. He never leaves any kibble and his coat is amazing and his number 2s are small which tells me this is a quality food as opposed to other companies I have used in the past.

I was introduced to Millies Wolfheart by a friend who has been using the dog food herself for quite a while.
As there is a comprehensive range of options i wasnt sure which would best suit our dogs.
Having an email conversation with Eve the Animal Nutritional Advisor i think we will be in good hands and have taken onboard her suggestions.
First impressions very good.

We have used Millie’s Wolfheart Countryside Mix for the last 3 months for our 3 spaniels, 1 show cocker 5 years old with a sensitive stomach & who is slightly overweight, 1 working cocker of 11 months and a 6 month sprocker. All 3 have perfect stomachs now, beautiful coats and the show cocker is losing weight slowly which is great. All 3 love it so much, a food I truly recommend. I would never change it.

The nutrional advice had been excellent both for our adult dogs and also the recent guidance regarding the weaning of our 8 golden retriever pups onto the Riverside mix. It was a great success and the pups took to it really well. Thankyou

I reached out to Millie’s Wolfheart for advice on what would suit our 3-month-old pup and was so impressed by the detailed, thoughtful response—it gave me complete confidence in what to choose. We ordered a starter pack and 700g of another recommended line, and our boy has taken to the food straight away with no tummy issues. The kibble is clearly high quality and pup-approved!

The treats are just as impressive—great quality and the perfect size for his Kong Squeezz and other toys. We’re thrilled to have found Millie’s Wolfheart and can’t wait to make it our go-to brand!

I can’t recommend Millie’s highly enough, my 8 year old Springer (working dog) has been on Millie’s dry the whole of his life, never had any food related problems & he’s in perfect condition still (Vets comment) I now have his son who at 14 weeks is also on Millie’s dry. The team at Millie’s gave me all the feeding advice for a young pup and I’ve every confidence he will thrive has is dad has.

Fantastic customer service and excellent quality affordable dog food.
I phoned customer service for guidance regarding advice to which variety of dog food to order. The advice was Highland Mix or Tracker Mix - I ordered both. Delivered quickly, my dogs love it - and I am very impressed with the quality and service. Thank you Team Millies - fantastic service which was very much appreciated.

I emailed this company for advice about the best variety to order for our boy with food sensitivities and weight loss. I received really helpful and thorough advice from Eve and have consequently placed an order. Hoping he does well on Millies as they are a great firm to deal with.

Excellent food which my dog was doing well on. I regularly recommend them to other dog owners and I know several people that have switched after my recommendation. However I went to order today and was shocked to see the massive price hike. 72 cans has gone up by £33 which means it's now unaffordable. I appreciate that things go up but to put them up by such a massive amount and not inform regular loyal customers that it was happening is just bad form. It leaves very little time to research and try other foods for my very fussy dog. So you've lost another customer who will no longer be recommending you.

I was having difficulty choosing which food would be suitable for my Great Dane,after being recommended this food by a friend, i emailed for advice and was extremely happy with the reply's which was very detailed and informative , its now been 3 weeks and my Luna loves this kibble which is such a relief after searching for months to find a food which agreed with her .

From the first phone call to the nutrition team I have been impressed with the level of advice , support and guidance from the Millie’s team . My rottie had really suffered with nasty ear infections for over 4 years and having tried all food solutions , raw , single source protein , soya based and so called hypoallergenic.. he’d been on and off steroids and ear creams , had 3x ear flushes under sedation .. we’d got to the point where the Vet recommended a TECA procedure which if you google ( don’t google) is an invasive and difficult surgery to remove the ear canal .. i cancelled the appointment for the surgery and went back to researching foods and I came across Millie’s .. some good reviews …so after speaking to the team we decided it was worth a shot . Firstly he loved the food and seemed excited to eat it then fast forward 6 weeks .. no meds no ear infection no scratching .. even the Vet was amazed at the difference .
