Ordered an IceRiver miner to the UK. Shipping was faster than expected and they handled all the paperwork. Very professional service and great communication throughout the process.

I purchased three miners from Millionminer. At the time, it was still possible to host them in Dubai, so I decided on that location. One miner, which I purchased in June 2025, has only been running at 85 percent since it went online. I contacted EPS support and my advisor, but nothing happened except for the response: “We'll take care of it.” In October 2025, it was determined that the miner was not working properly and that a hashboard is defective, but there were problems with delivery. Great, it took them about three months to determine that the miner was not working properly, but I still have to pay the full electricity bill. My miner is still defective, and now I know why. Since January 25, 2026, all miners have been offline due to the winter storm in the US. So my miners are not in Dubai but in the US. I didn't want to host my miners there. My advisor never told me that the miners would be sent to the US. Because the miners are in the US and there are import restrictions against China, my defective miner will not be repaired. When I asked why my miners are in the US and not in Dubai, I didn't get an answer.
I hope to find a solution this way.

The reason why my miners are not at the desired location has been clarified. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this. Millionminer and EPS want the best solution for their customers.

Very responsive reseller, and very effective as an interface with Bitmain (in my case).

End of August 2025, we bought an Antminer KS5 from MillionMiner. It turned out that the product had a manufacturing defect, and we discovered at this moment the Bitmain warranty system: the 6 months warranty (!) starts when the reseller buy the product, not when the buyer receives it. Thus, our product was already out of warranty when we received it!
Despite this situation, Millionminer find a way to settle everything for us with Bitmain, which was quite challenging.
(we will receive a brand new product from Bitmain, this time with a warranty)

Signing up again was easy, and my payout was processed quickly—even faster than my previous experience. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I purchased one Antminer through MillionMiner and hosted it with their “partner” Endless Power Solutions (EPS) in Dubai.

Right after payment, the rep (Louise) showed me a temporary dashboard, then completely stopped responding. I have since received no proof of ownership, no serial number, no photo of the miner, and no verifiable access to the machine I paid for.

Within days of setup, their facility reportedly suffered a transformer failure - my miner went offline - and yet I still received a full electricity invoice as if everything were running normally.

There has been no transparency, no accountability, and no proof that my miner even exists in their facility. When I refused to pay for downtime, an accountant threatened to “unplug” my unit - even though it was never hashing in the first place.

The contract clearly states “no charges will be incurred in the event of a failure,” but they ignore that entirely.

Communication has been rude, inconsistent, and evasive. Once payment was made, the tone shifted from helpful to hostile. I have zero proof of equipment ownership or activity.

Unless this is resolved immediately with full transparency : serial number, ownership proof, and verifiable hashrate - I strongly advise anyone considering MillionMiner or EPS to stay away. Their behavior raises serious trust and accountability concerns.

After my earlier negative experience, MillionMiner has now resolved the issue and restored proper mining operation.

Communication has improved, and the situation was handled professionally once addressed.

I’m updating my rating to reflect the resolution and their effort to make things right.

I recently purchased two miners from Million Miner and had the pleasure of dealing with Louie. The whole process was smooth, professional, and impressively fast. The machines were delivered to the USA within 10 days – exactly as promised.

What truly sets Million Miner apart is transparency and full access to the mining pool, which is incredibly rare in this industry. From day one, I was able to monitor everything directly, without restrictions.

I even received photos of the miners’ serial numbers upon arrival, allowing me to verify them myself. This level of openness is exactly what I was looking for – no hidden games, no vague answers, just a clean and reliable business relationship.

If you’re serious about mining and want a trustworthy partner, I highly recommend Million Miner.

Update:

A week later I was contacted by a very helpful customer service person from million miner, I didn’t go through with the purchase but they promptly refunded.

One bit of advice would be to streamline the confirmations and contact after purchase.

Scam Warning:

Made the payment for a litecoin miner two days ago and haven’t heard a peep from them.

I’m happy to be proven wrong if they reply and mail the package.

After more than eight months and a loss of income, Milliionminer and their partner Endless Power Solutions (EPS) showed flexibility, and we reached a somewhat fair resolution. We probably learned some important lessons from this situation on both sides.

A major culprit in this case turned out to be an untrustworthy Chinese manufacturer that delivered a sub-par product and blocked attempts at repair. Together with limited communication over long stretches of time from their hosting partner EPS the tension grew and gave rise to unfair accusations of dishonesty on my side. I understand that Milliionminer’s hosting partner EPS tried to be of service but were caught in a difficult situation.

I upgraded my experience rating from one to four stars. I understand that the guys at EPS are working tirelessly in a rapidly developing industry. If the final part of the resolution agreement with Millionminer and EPS is honored within a reasonable timeframe I will consider upgrading my review to five stars.

Original headline: Cheated by their recommended hosting service

I am deeply disappointed in Millionminer because they are refusing to take any responsibility whatsoever for the fact that their recommended hosting partner Endless Power Solutions (EPS) in Dubai is cheating its customers (I lost 15 000 USD). If Millionminer wants to be taken seriously they should not recommend a money-grab and total clown show like EPS Dubai hosting to their customers.

At the end of May 2024, I received an offer to purchase a KS5M miner. I was informed that the machines would be delivered within a month, but it turned out that this was actually a pre-order. Although I wasn't initially interested in buying any machines, I accepted the offer.

Unfortunately, this led to a frustrating experience due to miscommunication, confusion, and IceRiver's price policies.

After more than three months and a loss of income, Millionminer showed flexibility, and we reached a fair resolution. We learned some important lessons from this situation on both sides.

I want to apologize to Deja, who was caught in the middle. He is a good guy.

Millionminer is making improvements, and I hope they continue to provide good service to their customers.

This is my first mining rig purchase, including hosting service. They worked with me to make the purchase go smoothly. I first selected MillionMiner because their reviews on TrustPilot are positive and while corresponding with them, they gave me good advice.
So far the hosting service is great, and their support team is effective. My time zone makes it morning here when it's evening there, but they still respond promptly to my emails. Thanks and good work, MillionMiner team!
