I had issues in the past with the delivery,i had to wait for more than 2months....but i think something was wrong with china post,thats what caused alot of the complaints we had...plus,the complaints must have been soo overwhelming that it took so long to reply..they sent another order for me through netherland post,and it arrivedon time,in good condition,amazing quality..so,evetyone with issues should just be patient for now..thanks millner

Good evening, after making a mistake in the previous shipment of the watches, the missing watches were sent on December 20 but the tracking is stopped on December 24. Where are the watches? The order number is this ORDER M182267

I ordered a watch on 10/13/2019, but still have not arrived. I demand a refund, because 3 months have passed and the track is not tracked. Order number M172838. Tracking LA964417638CN.
01/31/2020 they promised me to send the order again. I wait and hope that the order will be in order, and he will get to me.
02/26/2020 The clock was sent again, it has already been received.

I received the watch after almost 1,5 month. It looks really nice. Only thing is that it is a little bit less blue then I expected. But if I read the other reviews, think I should be happy that I at least recieved a watch.

I checked the tracking number given, it said shipment CANNOT BE FOUND. you promised 15 working days. bear in mind this is the 2nd time you "resend the package" (does it even exist?)

If u cant resend the package, just REFUND me. If not I shall take drastic measure and report u.

My order number is M174489 and M174496, I order it on 21.10.2019 and since then is almost THREE MONTHS I still didn’t get my order and I’m already payed, your company claim to be arrive in 35-45 working days, please check it for me or just send my money back.

My shipment status shown as Expired. How come there is no update when we try to email and ask regarding my shipment. Order Place on beginning of October and now its Jan 2020. Can someone take responsibility. If unable to shipment please refund my money.

The watches are of very bad quality and they are sent from China. I paid even for shipping during payment and when delivered I am asked to pay extra money for customs. Isn’t it all included. Never recommend to anyone. Worst ever.

I have mailed you regarding this and there is no reply. And your company seems to act very nice by replying to this comment in public.

I strongly believe Millner Co is a fraudulent Company and it is possible that they offer cheap watches to get more buyers. I ordered a watch on the 26th July, today is 26th December I have not received it.

When I contacted their customer care they replied saying the email is not working so I should follow a link to lodge my complaint and you cannot write anything, you just pick where your issue falls and it ends there, the tracking ID for my item shows "no shipping records" for 5 months!!

I visited their Instagram page and all the posts I checked had limited comments, so you cannot comment and there are no comments. They must be fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM MILLNER CO.!!!!!!!

I ordered my watch in November and my order was immediately confirmed, but shipping was not. I tried to contact them and assistant asked me to check if i recieved a shipping confirmation (in 3-5 days usually) but ONE MONTH has passed and i did not receive anything. I wrote them twice and they ignored.
Finally my watch arrived and I received an apology letter and a 50% discount as a gift for a late delivery. Watches are cheap but quality is fine for this price.

I placed my order on October 8th and still haven’t received it. My order number is M171769. If it can be delivered shortly so pls let me know or else return back my money. I think you are a fraud, you takes everyone’s money and don’t deliver their products. Highly disappointed from your service.

I ordered a watch on 23rd or 22nd November and it still hasn't arrived.I contacted them multiple times through this month but they never gave me a solid response.It says that my order is at Guangzhou, Airlines from 5th December and everytime since then that I have checked the status of the order,it hasn't changed.If I don't get it by the end of the month I am going to sue them

If i could give 0 stars, I would do so. I placed an order in October, paid for that 9 days shipping, and guess what? Haven't received it still! Contacted customer support multiple times (when I actually could since their email wasn't even working for some time), received mind boggling template responses, when I reply - got completely ignored, nothing, no action on their side, and it's absolutely frustrating. Honestly, it's not even about money, it's about the fact that I've been scammed. To the person reading this, my sincere advice is to avoid millner co, my disappointment is immesurable.

I bought my watch on 8 December 2019 and had made 3 poor reviews about them, which of course I regret now. I've received my watch today, 5 February 2019. It's in perfect condition and as described. I apologise for previous poor reviews. MillnerCo JUST NEEDS TO ENSURE THAT ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON TIME AND THAT THERE ARE TIMELY REPLIES TO CUSTOMERS. Except delivery time, it provides awesome goods. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE PATIENT xD

We got the parcel more than a month since it was shipped overseas, we patiently consider it. The watch is in all good condition. The quality of the material used is excellent. Thank you, Millner Co.

I wrote bad review maybe a month ago, regarding my order that was never delivered to me. On the same day, as I wrote review I got message from Ana from Millner Co. and she apologize to me about undelivered order and offered to me to send a new order if I deleted my review. I told her that I will delete my review after I got my order, and my order came today, with one + of everything that I ordered. I now do believe that they had some kind of issue with orders and deliveries. I hope this will be the learning to them to respond to their customers as soon as they see the problem. Thank you Millner for order, I am satisfied with items as always.

I ordered 5 watches, I waited a whole month to receive them, I had to pay 20€ for customs and then I received just 3 of them. I wrote emails, comments about the two missing watches but nobody answered. The order number is M175353

I have ordered a watch on October with Express delivery for 5-11 days, however i have not received anything, it is almost 2 months.

I will ask for a refund, but their customer service does not work, obviously scam.

I ordered 2 watches 2 months ago, they obviously never arrived, Millner customer support takes ages to respond to you, 10 or 15 days, first, they tell me there seems there is a problem with shipping and ask me to confirm my address, I reply to them confirming my address is correct but after reading so many bad reviews and waiting for 2 months I tell them I just want a refund, and then 9 days later... they reply that they will send the watches again, they just need me to confirm my address, I HAD JUST CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS IN THE EMAIL THEY WERE RESPONDING TO! HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO CONFIRM AN ADDRESS? WHY DON'T YOU JUST REFUND ME MY MONEY? I DONT' WANT TO BE WAITING FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. Before you ask my order number is M172561, I don't want to hear that you will check and your customer support will contact me in 2 weeks, I just want my money back or else I will have to post a complaint to the police as advised by my bank.

It's really incredible how this "company" can keep advertising on Facebook and Instagram as they are obviously scammers, all the comments on social media are about people that never got what they ordered.

UPDATE: Surprisingly, 5 minutes after posting this they sent me an email saying they will refund me, still I lost a lot of time trying to contact them and emailing back and forth until they finally agreed to do that, I would not recommend to buy from them.
