Ordered a T-shirt which was too small…
Ordered a T-shirt which was too small refused to exchange it for a bigger size which I was disappointed with as really liked the T-shirt now I’m £55 out of pocket and a T-shirt that don’t fit.

Our website clearly states on the return policy that we do not offer returns and explains in detail why. This is also stated on our ‘About Us’ page, our ‘FAQS’ page and also in our Instagram and Facebook bios. It’s quite clear to see that we do not offer returns under any circumstance. So we can’t change our rules for you unfortunately.
You messaged us on Instagram asking if you could return and surely must have seen that our bio reads, very clearly, “No returns”
We really are sorry that you're item doesn’t fit but we don’t think that we hide our returns policy, but that it’s actually stated in lots of places on the site and all of our socials.
