Took my money and did nothing. Rang me about another case I had, he went through his spiel and I told him I already had a case with him and he called me a pr*ck and put the phone down. No wonder the con artist has been dissolved or rather I wish he had, it's only the company 😩😂

Took money provided no evidence of doing anything at all, they are worse than the people who robbed my football clubs money as they knew how.much was taken then took over a thousand pound of us aswell!!!! Disgrace

I would give this company 0 stars if I could . They were pestering me for months to give them the job to chase my debt . As soon as I paid them an £800 fee both John , Chris , Simon became unresponsive and ignorant . Because of them I’ve lost out on my claim . They claimed to have served a statutory of demand certificate but didn’t . Lied on several occasions. Never answered a call after payment released and refused to cooperate. Will be reporting to the ombudsman and trading standards . Absolute scam.

They ripped me off to, they take your money then never respond or answer the phone. Whatever you do, do not give your business or money to this company. They promised me the world and delivered nothing. I'm going to report them to the ombudsman and to the police seriously they are thieves.

Don't ever use this company, they will ring you and ring you saying they will be able to collect your debt and once you've given the money they go radio silence on you

Scammer!
Absolute scam. They contacted us to see if we have any outstanding debts and in fact we did over £5000 they have got the money and kept it. Absolute disgrace! Scammers stay well away from them. Trying to figure out the next step to take.

Absolutely shocking!
Like all the other reviews. Took our money and not heard anything since January 2023, despite sending emails. Who can we report this so called debt company too, to get our money back. You employ a debt recovery firm to get monies not paid to you and they are just the same!!!! Small company just like everyone else!! I will not let this go and will speak to anyone and everyone to get our money back!!!! Disgraceful, shame on you Millsom Group!!!! Next step, Government advisors.

This company are scammers, they had a lot of money off me for nothing! Bunch of no goods! do not use them!

This company took my initial payment of £300 which they were on the phone every day until I paid.
They then said they could start the collection process.
Never heard a single would have them since that day back in January of this year even after leaving various calls and emails.
They are no better than the builder that bumped me in fact they are worse.
They know your owed money and as a small business you need it.
Please do not use this company and Will Thomas who dealt with me is a total waste of space.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They are scammers. They took an admin fee and I believe they have collected the outstanding debt from my debtor, but have failed to pass it on to me. This was Sept 2021 and I have still not received anything. They don't answer phone calls or emails. I was dealing with Chris Thomas who then stopped taking my calls. I was then contacted by Shane Millsom who again stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. They owe me in the region of £4000

This company are scammers in the guise of a debt collection company will do everything they can to get you to make a payment and not carryout any work or answer the phone.
